Somin's POV

" Wake up ! " Without thinking , I slammed my hand on it . Regretting a few seconds later .

" KANG SOMIN ! " I opened my eyes and apologised . " Omma , I didn't know it was you ! " She glared at me , " Get ready and go to school . "

My Mom is different from those typical caring mom , my mom is a party Animal and she loves Fashion with a Passion .

She's the definition of a bad mom to others but to me , She's the definition of the bestest mom anyone could ever have .

I got ready and went to the kitchen to see a bowl of Ramen .

" Breakfast is Ramen , Take it or leave it . " I snatched the bowl from her and ate it .

After eating that bowl filled with noodles and MSG , I wore my Converse Shoes and went to school .

I'm still so pissed at the guy that took the EXO's Album leaving me with none .

I walked into the school while thinking about that particular dude that made my day 10 times worse .

" Sorry . " I said and i looked up to see the dude . I stood up and glared at him , " What are you doing here ?! "

" I'm a new student . " I coughed so hard , " You ?! In my school ?! " He just walked away . I'm so speechless , what does he think he is ? EXO ?

I stumped my feet as i walked to class .

But seeing my dear Friends changed everything .

" Guys ! I have a news about EXO ! " My clique except for Jihyun gathered around my table with a smile on their face .

" EXO's World Tour concert will be held in Japan , Taiwan , China , Singapore , Malaysia , Thailand , America , England , Scotland . " I looked at the phone screen in disappointment , " But no Korea . "

Everyone groaned and walked back to their seats as Mr Kang walked into class with a smile on his face .

" We have a new student . " A brown haired boy walked in with an emotionless face .

" Park Jisung , Love dance . " With that he ended his presentation and he sat at the furthest seat in the class . Even Mr Kang is shocked at his attitude .

Everyone stared at him but the moment he turned to look at us everyone turned back . Except me .

Jisung and I had eye contact for a few seconds but he cut it . I could see sadness and loneliness in his eyes . Maybe EXO made him felt loved .

The bell rang and Soon it was Break time .

I saw Jisung hurriedly running to the roof top , I don't know why , I have the urge to follow him .

" I'll go to find Ms Lee First . " They nod and i ran to the roof top to see a figure of a guy lying on the ground , Facing The Sky .

I sat beside him .

" EXO Sure help us right ? " But no reply . I stared at him and realised he felt asleep . How can someone sleep so quickly ?

I played Promise By EXO since it's a really soothing song but suddenly the music stopped as i was enjoying it .

" Can you go away ? " Jisung is awake , " Why ? I have the rights to be here . " He rolled his eyes and walked away .

I followed him since i have a never give up spirit .

" Stop . " Jisung said as he glared at me , " I won't . " What did i just say .  " I will follow you everyday till you open yourself up . " He seemed shocked at what i just said , Even i am shocked at what i just said .

He turned around and walked back to class .

He laid his head on the table and i sat on my seat looking out of the window .

It was a moment of silence , until the bell rang again and soon , The class is filled with students again .

School ended in a blink and now i'm walking back home .

Park Jisung sure is a mysterious guy , He doesn't smile and he rarely talks . He seemed to have a sad story about him .

" Are you okay ? " I nod , " You seemed so worried about something . " I shook my head , " It's nothing . Jihyun-ah , Can You follow me to get the EXO merchandise at Lorine mall ? " She rolled her eyes but agreed to it .

I went to the mall and literally took every thing i could find .

Looking at EXO's poster made me feel as if I've really met them myself .

" Isn't that your mom ? " Jihyun asked and I saw Her with a man , linking arms . She seemed happy but trust me , that's not her happy face .

Anger filled my mind , I rolled my palm into a rock .

She promised me , She promised that she will never leave my dad no matter what . She promised me that she's definitely not going to find another man . But she lied .

I placed all the EXO stuff back to its place and i went home feeling mad .

Jihyun had been trying to calm me down for the past 2 hours but it didn't work .

" I got to go home , Stay calm okay ? " I didn't budged , Jihyun went home , leaving me in a cold , dark , empty house .

Just then my mom came home and i swear i almost screamed at her .

" Where were you ? " She seemed shocked , " Mrs Im's house . " I smirked , " Stop lying . " Her eyes widened , " I saw you . Your at Lorine Mall with an old man ! " Tears started filling my eyes .

" So ? If i could be rich , i would do anything . " I smirked , " You promised me , You promised me that you will never leave dad ! You promised me mom ! " She rolled her eyes , " You were 7 at that time , obviously i have to persuade you . "

I can't believe what i just heard .

" Why are you so low ? " I asked her , She slapped me . " If you think i'm low , Then don't stay with me . Leave ! " She screamed .

" Why Did you change so much ?! " She seemed shocked at my sudden outburst . " Did you know how much i suffered ? I've always thought that i was lucky since you love me so much just like those moms out there . But i was wrong . " I took my phone and wallet and walked out of the house .

I went to the playground where my mom and dad used to bring me there every weekend .

Flashback :

Somin's POV

" Daddy , Can You swing me ? " He smiled and pushed me slightly . I got off the Swing and went to buy an Ice cream for mommy . I saw Mommy's  face light up as i passed her an ice cream cone .

" Mummy this is for you . " She smiled and gave me a warm , tight bear hug that i would never want to released .

" Mommy , Daddy , Will you guys always be by my side , no matter what ? " They smiled and nod , I smiled , " I love you mommy and daddy ! "

We ran out the playground as we played hide and seek .

Flashback Ended .

But everything changed .

My mom became a party animal after that incident that happened to my dad .

Everything changed so much that I can't even differentiate if it's reality or it's nightmare .

I plugged in my ear phone into my ear and played EXO's Promise and i cried so much .

After that incident , My only escape is EXO's Songs . It relates to me somehow , it made me felt loved and as if i'm not alone .

Thank you EXO for being here , For being happy while doing music . Thank you for caring for your fans and thank you for always being there for me without knowing .
