"Watch the time signature change." I grimaced as the choir started to fall apart again, "Once more. Pick up to bar twenty. Okay, that's a bit better."

"We sound weak." Ludwig sighed.

"Yeah, maybe we would sound better if we had more people." I muttered.

"Well... we'll have to make do. Baritones, sing up. I can't hear you." Roderich said quickly, stepping in, "Tenors, stay with the group. You're speeding up."

Francis muttered something under his breath about the rest of the choir just being too slow.

"Francis, why don't you switch to baritone? I think you'd be better suited for that." I said slowly.

"I can hit the higher notes as well as anyone else!" Francis protested.

"That may be, but we need more baritones and you're able to hit the low notes."

Francis let out a long-suffering sigh. "Alright, then." he groaned.

"Good. Now, from the beginning."

The group started to sing again, sounding at least a bit better this time.

"I want you all to sing louder." Roderich sighed, "You're a small group, so you have to sing up to make up for it. Big voices. Now, one more time before we leave."

The melody parts grumbled, but the harmony parts seemed to appreciate the extra runthrough.

"Okay... that sounds decent. Keep practising. We have a lot to make up for. Berwald, be careful. You're a little flat when hitting that F." I said with a small smile.

"Mm."

Very vocal, that one.

"Alright. Well... I'll see you all next week."

You've reached the end of published parts.
