Anguis awoke from her sleep on her fur bed and let out a large yawn. She stood up, stretched out her wings and tail -and flicked her claws out. Over her head the unseen torches on the upper walls where lit up by purple flames. Anguis layed back down on the soft furs and looked around her cave. She immediately jumped straight back up, spread her wings and began to hiss as her eyes fell upon a red brown figure not far from where she was just sleeping. "Desidia!" Anguis barked as the Serppanus rose up from the ground letting out a large yawn. "Nnn-?? Oh heeeeeyyy~.... I saw you and Invidia and then the Libidine guy and yeaah, " Desidia got up to her feet, which failed to do what they're supposed to, and she fell onto her belly. "decided to follow you to your den here and now im here~~" Desidia closed her half lidded eyes and began to snore. Anguis stepped around the Dogg and hit her with her scaly tail. The impact sent Desidia up as she snarled at Anguis. "Hey! What the hell was that for?!" Anguis snorted and sat down on her haunches. "You're in my den, you twit." Anguis barked as Desida looked around the cave walls which where illuminated by the purple flames. Anguis sighed and lashed her tail around impatiently.
"you said something about Invidia and Libidine?"
Desidia turnt back to Anguis with a mildly confused expression "I did? Oh! Of course I did!"
"Well ,what do you know?" asked Anguis.
"Well.., you do know they're mates- right?" barked Desidia as she held back a laugh. Anguis's ears flipped upwards and she looked suprised. "W-what?!" she questioned as she held out her front paw to about Libidines height, then brought it up to her own. "M-mates?" she repeated as Desidia held her wing infront of her muzzle as she laughed. Anguis laughed along side her for a few minutes before Desidia coughed and began to walk towards the entrance of the den. "Lets go find Nix now, I bet shes getting pretty bored waiting for us," Desidia snorted as she slipped under the fur that covered the entrance. Anguis was left, she quickly followed behind the former rouge and slipped under the fur. After she slipped out she followed Desidia who was already halfway across the narrow hallway. Anguis ran to catch up with her which proved to be hard since the stone walls where narrow. Desidia had already reached the main hallway when Anguis had caught up with her and panted from the run. Desidia then began to walk down the wide hallway until after a short period of time she growled softly to herself. Anguis came up behind her and mumbled "Got us lost eh-?" to which Desidia nodded slowly. Anguis softly hit Desidia over the head with her wing and walked over to the left side of the cave wall. She outstretched her claws and tapped the wall with a dull gold claw. As soon as her claw met the stone wall, engravings in bright red began to appear on the wall of the entire burrows tunnels. Desidia turnt to look at where Anguis went and looked suprised at the engravings in the wall. She then looked at her own claws before making her way over next to Anguis and tapping the wall. Anguis let out a muffled laugh before saying "Black claws can't do it, its something I learnt from watching Nix and all," Desidia stopped looking at her black claws and instead looked at the engraved map. She then turnt around and began to walk in the opposite direction. "I've been going the opposite way this entire time..." she grumbled as Anguis turnt around to follow the dark red Dogg. Anguis saw Desidia make a sharp turn into an almost hidden tunnel that would have been almost completely invisible if it not had been for the bright yellow Avioran fur that was strewn on the floor like a carpet. Anguis turned the corner and was met by a flap of white fur like the ones on the entrances to her den. Written in black on the fur was the words "doʇıous" on the front. Anguis looked down at the marble floor and saw the tip of Desidia's red and black tail disapear behind the white fur. Anguis ducked under the fur and entered the caves room. The inside of the caves room was large and rectangle shaped. The walls of three of the four sides having shelves carved into the wall, and hundreds of potions after potions filling up the shelves. On the side that wasnt filled with rows after rows of potions, was an open doorway that had a small sign on the top that said "ıuБɹəpıɐuʇs" As Anguis looked towards the center of the room she saw a large table with multiple jars and vials made from brownish red clay. She also saw a bowl of acid blue liquid that even from the entrance where Anguis stood, smelt strongly of chocolate. Sitting right next to the table where Desidia and a large pale blue and orange Serppanus with staring burnt orange eyes and a neon blue and white snakes tail ending in orange. The Serppanus turnt around to face Anguis and she loudly said "Hello Anguis," Anguis began to walk her way over to the two and greeted her back.
"Hello Nix."
