I wake to the sound of the door knob turning, but decided to ingore it since I know its mom and Paul. Looking up at the celing, memories of last rush right back to me. I look beside me and admire her beautiful face. She stirs in her sleep as I wipe a strand of her blond hair behind her ear.

"Purrce..." She mumbles as she grabs my waist tighter.

I chuckle at her sleepiness. She is always so beautiful, too beautiful to deserve me. I have always wonder, what makes her love me so much. Doubt form in my mind as I thought she should be with someone else better. I mean, I am not smart, I am not funny, and I am not strong enough to protect her. I have proven that letting her getting hurt by Calyspo. She doesn't deserve me at all. I have been thinking so hard that I don't even realize that a pair of lips are on mine.

"Good morning, seaweed brain. What are you thinking about." She said smiling sleepily as ahe pulls away.

"It's nothing, wise girl." I lie and she snuggles closer to me.

We stay silent for a mintue or so, but the door to my room opens, revealing my mom standing in the doorway, looking ver amused. Annabeth still hasn't realized that my mom is looking right at us. I shake her gently as I possible could and she slowly gets up, taking the sheet to cover herself.

"Can we sleep a while longer, I am really tired." She moans.

"Uhh... I don't think thats a good idea." I said eyeing my mom.

She follows my stare and finally notices Sally leaning on the doorframe, trying very hard not to laugh.

"Who's that?" Annabeth said, I guess her eyes still haven't clear up yet.

After rubbing her eyes, she looks at my mom with a horrifying, confuse, and embarrassed expression. Her whole body jerks awake.

"Oh god! Sally!" sah said and tightens the sheets around her, "We weren't doing anything, we were just... sleeping together." She blurts out.

"Yeah, I can totally see that you two were just sleeping together." She said sarcatically pointing to the sheet that Annabeth is grabbing for her dear life. "Come on, breakfast is ready, get dress."

After she left the room, Annabeth punches my shoulder really hard, her eyes look murderous. Even though I am invulnerable, she sometimes still scares the hell out of me.

"Why in hades you didn't wake me up, Percy?" She half whisper, half yelling at me.

"Hey, its not my fault, I honestly never thought that she owuld come in here." I said

"Ugh, your head is full of kelp." She said as she gets of the bed to find her clothings.

As I look at her getting dress, my thought drifts off. She had been for me since I was twelve, all these years, I have been nothing but a bad friend to her. I did never care about her feelings when Luke turned evil, or when I let her get emotionally hurt when I stayed at Calyspo's Island. Even after all this, she still wants to stay by myside. I need to let her know that I love her, that I can't live without her.

"How about I make it up to you." I said already having a plan in my head.

"What are you talking about?" She said confused.

"How about I make it up to you by bring you out to the movies and then a nice after that?" I said

"Are you asking me out on a date?' She said.

"Sure, we never did have a proper date, after all, we were staying at cap all those years after the war ended." I said, "So what do you say?"

She pretends to think about it for a second before nodding her head,
