Since its technically the next day for me and I just finished typing this.

Jack's POV
I nervously crawled out of bed, feeling groggy from the lack of sleep I had. I didn't go back to sleep after I get the messages. I just couldn't.

Making my way to the kitchen I was met with a lesser tired blonde. He had a half smile resting on his face as he wrote on his arm? I didn't question it.

I grabbed a bowl from the cupboard and made myself some breakfast with a side of black coffee. Mmmmm.

"You look exhausted," I jumped at the sudden noise of the teen next to me.

"Y-yeah, didn't sleep," I replied yawning.

"And why's that?" He asked as he took a sip from his own cup. I recalled the events that happened just hours ago that caused my lack if sleep.

"Well, uh, I got a text from someone I don't know and it kinda... Triggered a.... Memory...," I drifted off, rubbing my neck nervously. Felix's eyes lit up with excitement but he contained himself.

"What of?" His voice was calm but his joy was clear. I looked down and fumbled with the long sleeves of the shirt I was wearing.

"Um... The first time I tried to...," I stopped and looked at him, not wanting to go any further. He seemed to understand what I was saying and quickly ran over to me, engulfing me in a hug.

"Oh Jack, I'm so so so sorry you have to remember all this," he said quietly. I pulled away and wiped at my tears with the end of my sleeve.

"It's okay Fe, but I remember you. You were, are, my best friend," I corrected myself. His eyes lit up and he hugged me again, this time tears of joy running down our faces.

"What's going on?" I heard a deep husky voice call from behind me. I squeaked as I jumped and spun to face my red haired roommate.

"Uh, n-nothing," I responded quickly, giving Felix a side glance. He looked confused but didn't say anything.

Mark nodded sadly and poured himself a cup of coffee before silently leaving the room again. As soon as he was gone Felix gave me a looked that screamed 'explain yourself mister' and I let out a tired sigh.

"I don't remember him Fe. If I remembered you and not him then he must not be as important as you," I said quietly. He gave me another look that said 'if only you knew'.

"Look, Jack. Mark is the most important person in your life. I won't tell you why, but know that he is. You need to figure out why on your own though," he said before leaving.

I let out a groan and leaned against the wall. My phone dinged and I realized I had pit it in my picked earlier.
