First Date

-CHAPTER FOURTEEN-

Knock, knock

"Go away" I called.

"Amber, it's Nikki let me in."

"Oh... Come in." Nikki slipped in the room closing the door behind her. "What's wrong?" She asked concern thick in her voice as she took a seat on the bed. So I told her exactly what just happened. "Oh Amber I'm so sorry I should never have left you alone."

"Don't say sorry, you have nothing to be sorry for. In fact you should be saying I told you so."

"I would never say that." She replied.

"I know, bu tyou were right why didn't I just listen to you." I sighed "if I had just cut ties when you said I should none of this would be happening. Oh god I just want to go home, but I can't because we came with them." I groan in frustration throwing myself back on the bed burying my face with a pillow.

"Hold on I'll be right back." Nikki said and exited the room.

I wandered into the bathroom and washed up as my make up was smeared all over my face. Fresh faced I slip into my Pjs and I was just climbing into bed when Nikki returned.

"So Norman has agreed to take us home in the morning."

"Oh.... that was real nice of him. Are you sure he doesn't mind."

"It's fine. Go get some sleep, we'll be outta here first thing."

"Thanks Nikki." I smiled.

"Anytime." She smiled leaving me to sleep.

The next morning I woke, took a shower and packed my bags. I headed down stairs suitcase in hand and placed it by the door, I was ready as soon as Norman and Nikki were.

"Amber what's going on, are you leaving?" Danneel asked coming down stairs noticing my luggage.

"Yes. Sorry, but last night Ben and I had a fight he left, I uh I need to go find him and work thins out."

"Oh I heard you split."

"What? Well kind of.... I don't know I need to go sort it."

"Of course you do." At this point Jensen joined us. "Babe Amber has to go, she is going to sort things with Ben, did you hear they broke up last night." Jensen flashed a pained look at me.

"I heard sorry."

"I'm going to sort it."

"Oh right.... well good luck." He said walking into the kitchen.

"How are you going to get home?"

"Norman is taking Nikki and I"

"Aww all three of you are leaving? Alright I suppose it can't be helped." Danneel clearly looked disappointment and for that I was sorry but I couldn't stay here.

Once Norman and Nikki was ready we said our goodbyes and headed on home. Due to not sleeping the night before as I kept thinking about Ben and how hurt he must have been and the guilt I felt over it I just couldn't fall asleep I had a nap on the drive home.

Nikki's P.O.V::

"So are you going to speak to Ben when we get home?" I asked Amber but got no response. I turned to see her sound asleep in the back seat. "She's out cold." I said to Norman. "Hey thanks again for taking us back, I really appreciate it."
