"Ry, wait up." I shouted and walked to her. "Here, let me carry your bag." She shook his head, but after a 5 minutes arguing, she finally gave in. "See it wasn't that hard." She just growled.

"Oh wait and the second, don't ever call me Ry, call me the name that you used to call me kay? Pretty boy." And she smiled.

Chapter 4 - Welcome To Dark Moon Pack !

Riley's P.O.V.

When we arrived home, everyone was there like literally in front of the house, waiting for there soon to be alpha to go home. Everyone tensed up when they saw me with River. "River why are you with this witty girl ?" Greg as always needs to increase his reputation by teasing me. 

"Oh haven't I told you she is my rejec--," Before he even could continue those sentence. I bolted to my room and locked everything. cause as soon as River said rejected mate, I would get bully even more. I started packing my clothes.

I ran away from that place without getting spotted, of course I need to get away from that hell, I couldn't take it anymore. I was strolling through the woods when I heard a wood snap in the back of me. So typical. 

"Who's there ?" I shouted at absolutely nothing. I shook my head and continuing my walk. Again with the wood snap. "I'm a wolf and I'm not afraid to shift." I shouted to something, which I don't know yet. Suddenly 3 wolves stood in front of my eyes. 

"What are you doing in our territory ?" One of the wolf asked. I stared at him eyes widen. 

"I-i-i runaway from my pack and don't know where to go." I stuttered. 

"That wasn't the answer to my question isn't ?" I shook my head, facing my shoes. "What was your pack ?" 

"I-i-i-t's Hawling Moon Pack." I stuttered again. The wolf shifted to his human body and immediately change with his clothes. 

"Well then welcome to the Dark Moon Pack." The guy who looks extremely cute said. "I'm Tanner, the Alpha of this pack." I nodded. The other two wolves shifted as well and they are twins. "Those two are Jack and Jake." I nodded, Jack and Jake offered a hand which I shook them. 

"I'm Mackenzie." I told them. The three of them took my bags and lead me to their pack house. When we arrived there, two girls and three boys greeted Tanner the alpha. Then I studied that those three boys are Tanner's friends. One of them is the Beta which is Cole and then there is the third in command, Gerald. The other one is Ben. Those two girls is Cole and Gerald's mate. Kelsey is Cole's mate and Cass is Gerald's mate. 

Ben's mate is somewhere in this world which means one thing, he haven't find her yet. Tanner's.. well with what Cass and Kelsey have already told me, is that Tanner's mate rejected him. Poor guy. 

'hey you were rejected too.' 

yea I know. 

"So you will be sleeping here, I guess," Ben said as he opened the door. The room was huge, the paint color is okay but the furniture, oh my the furniture is vintage ! "Mac," 

"Hmmh.." I was still gawking the room. 

"Do you like it ?" 

"I love it Ben, thanks, can you thank Tanner too for letting me stay." Ben nodded. 

"Hey you are welcomed here and we are happy to have a new member." Ben said smiling. I nodded and entered the room with my bags. 

"This will be a great start." I whispered to myself before unpacking my stuff. 

Author's Note : 

I am really sorry for the late and short update. But Riley finally move away from that crappy place ! I really love Tanner and Ben in this story ! They will be a really great and awesome boys here.
