Amanda's POV

Nothing. That was it, just nothing. The room was filled with normal teenaged girl stuff and nothing more. Dixey walked through the door, legs shaking. I had never seen Dixey like this before. She was always so high and mighty, not shy and.... scared.

"What the heck Dixey?! I was scared to death at what would be behind this door, and all there is... it's just a normal room? What's so bad about this?" Shyla exclaimed.

"It's not what's in the room that would, and is, going to scare you," Dixey said.

Dixey walked through the room and over to the bed. She flipped the pillow up and revealed a picture. The one that we were going to take. Dixey walked back to us and showed off the photograph.

The picture had Rachel with her forehead against another girl. All of the other pictures had Dixey in them, but this one had another girl in it.

She had jet black, long hair. Her pale skin made the black eyeliner on her eyes stand out more than they normally should. She had on a long sleeve black dress that fell to her knees, with black leggings to cover up the bottom half of her. The choker around her neck stood out more than the eyeliner, for the choker was a bright red.

I looked over at Dixey, who was looking away from the picture at all cost, not seeming to take any interest in the photo what so ever. As I looked closer was the photograph, I saw something in the black-haired girl's eyes. Red.

"Hey, Dixey. Who is this?" I asked.

I turned a slight gaze to her, but she didn't respond. She just seemed... lost.

"Dixey?" Andrew questioned.

We were all wondering the same thing, she's never this quiet.

"It is of no importance of who the person in the photo is. We just need to find the corps, the words, then get out," with that, Dixey turned to the window.

We all hesitated for a moment, wondering if we should really go with her or not. We took cautious steps to our friend, then saw her open the window.

A light, cooling breeze entered the room. The smell of perfume started to come back a little, but we were used to it by now. Dixey started to climb up to the window sill, then stepped out onto the roof.

We all stood there, too frozen in fear to even think of what she was doing. Dixey began to walk on the roof of the house, going to the right, then we lost sight of her.

"Are we really doing this?" Shyla asked.

"Yep!" we heard from the outside.

"I guess so. Let's get this over with," I said.

With that, we climbed out one at a time. First Andrew, then Shyla, then me. Once out there, we were caught by a surprising impact, the impacted being from Dixey. I went to say something, along with the others almost speaking as well, but Dixey cut us off with a quiet 'shh'.

"Are you sure that they're in there?"

"Positive. Now come on, we'll be rich when we bring these guys in."

"Who is that?" Shyla whispered.

Once again, Dixey responded with a 'shh'. There was a loud bang of the front door opening and closing, then Dixey stood up, allowing us to do the same. Dixey turned to us, once again with the serious face that we had grown used to.

"We have to move fast if we don't want to get caught. Follow me, and DON'T, make one sound," Dixey ordered.

We all nodded and followed Dixey as close as we could without tripping her.
