This is it. This is beauty in it's finest moment.
The concept of My Chemical Romance is complicated. It's been beautifully bruised and twisted, cut up into fragments before being stuck slowly and patiently back together. And despite the changes in the styles of artistry of the band, or the music produced during a certain time period, My Chemical Romance's importance comes from it's changes and transitions from over the years.

Putting it shortly, My Chemical Romance/MCR have influenced a generation of young people from across the world during their time together as a band. But four years have now past, yet MCR is still one of the most important, remembered and loved Rock bands of the early 2000's. This statement alone is incredibly confusing, and can be challenged in several ways. What is it about My Chemical Romance that truly helps other people's lives and perspectives to change for the better? Why, after all this time, are MCR still remembered, still needed, still loved?

My Chemical Romance were, and always will be, a form of art. Each piece of music that was created throughout the duration of MCR's 'lifespan' was different from each and every other song on whatever record you happened to be playing. Taking 'Welcome to the Black Parade' for example, which is an incredibly well know song and popular across all different types of people, is a brilliant example for this particular case. The emotion channelled throughout the song represents a change and flow of a specific time period and theme, causing the listener to create certain scars from hearing the song more than once.

Despite how hard this whole feeling is to explain, the vibe of My Chemical Romance is rare. Beautiful. Yet thousands have taken to appreciating the way the band's outlook on life affects them. On how listening to a track from any album is incredibly powerful, almost meditation worthy.

But that's how it is. My Chemical Romance was, and is, art in it's purest form. It connects and creates and is so dangerous to many, yet so beautiful to others at the same time.

So please. Remember that Art is the weapon. Creation is your weapon. My Chemical Romance have impacted and changed a number of ideas in many young people's minds, and by doing so have raised a generation of free young adults. Do not abuse this.

This is beauty. This is art. This is My Chemical Romance.
