She shook her husband awake, wincing in so much pain. And after a few attempts, she successfully got him wide awake.
"What is it Jas?" He asked groggily, sitting up from the bed
"My water just broke." She yelped
"Oh no." He bolted out the bed while she grabbed a coat and headed outside
It was go time. Four months later, and it was hella stressful for both of them.
Anthony grabbed the baby bag, car keys, house keys, and Aiden. He was frantically running all over the place, making sure he had everything checked.
"Anthony!" Jasmine yelled from the doorway, she was in labor and she couldn't bear the pain "Hurry!"
"Coming babe!" He said running to the door, stepping out to lock it
They rode the elevator down the parking lot, driving off immediately. Luckily there wasn't much traffic downtown - considering it was 12 am in the morning, so of course.
He parked the car at front of the hospital, calling out a nurse to put his wife on a wheelchair. While he quickly parked their car nearby. He almost forgot his son in the car in the process, but managed to go back and get him while the nurses assist Jas.
"Guys, you need to hurry, Jas is in labor!" He sent the voicemail to his parents, Jas' parents, Steph, Mario, and even Pippa - for she said to call her and she'll immediately run to the hospital
And indeed Pippa was first to come after a few short minutes, she was panting and gasping for air when she arrived at the hospital.
"Are they born yet?!" She asked, sitting down beside him, still a little out of breath
"Not yet, we just got here." He said, a bit shooked she got here so quickly
"Oh good." She sighed in relief, letting Aiden sit on her lap
"Wait, don't you have Amelie today?" He questioned, a bit worried this was wrong timing
"I'll let my understudy fill in, this is far more important than that." She giggled "She'd love to do so."
"Anthony, you can come in now." Cassie called him out, and he immediately went in "She's having contractions, but she'll be fine. I'll be in the delivery room right when you need me."
"Thanks Cassie." He smiled, turning his attention to the ever so in pain Jasmine "How are you doing babe?"
"Like I want to punch you in the face." She replied harshly "What do you think?!"
"It'll be over soon." He said soothingly, letting her squeeze his hand "And ow."
"Where's Aiden?" She asked worriedly, looking around only to find no sight of him "Anthony I swear to-"
"He's with Pippa, chill, they're outside." He cut her off with a slight chuckle "I almost forgot him in the car though."
Before Jas could even spat back an argument, Steph came running into the room. Looking as haggard as ever - seemed as if she just stood up from bed and ran.
"Oh my gosh!" She panted "Am I late?"
"You're early." Jas giggled
"Did you even think twice about making yourself look a tad bit presentable before going here?" Anthony laughed, scanning his sister who was wearing a pair of pjs and a tank
"You do realize you're wearing something similar right." Steph rolled her eyes pointing out that Anthony was wearing some shorts and a Hamilton shirt that was on backwards
"Touché." He sighed, turning his attention back to his wife - who was still painfully in labor

Labor went on for another 4 hours, and suprisingly, Jas was holding up very well.
They were now in the delivery room, Doctor Cassie ordering Jas to push harder. While Jas was squeezing the life out of Anthony's hand.
"A little more Jasmine, I can now see its head." Cassie breathed heavily - her job was still as stressful as to what Jas is going through
"Just a little more babe, you can do it." Anthony winced on her tight grip, she was practically screaming in pain
And not too long later, 4:08 am June 18th, the first baby was born. The little cry of the infant filled the room, and Anthony couldn't help but tear up in happiness. But there was still another baby to go.
"He's beautiful Jas." Anthony sniffled, looking at their newborn
"Sorry to interupt, but the other baby is still in there." Cassie reminded "Jasmine, push please."
Jas felt a little more at ease this time pushing, though either way it was still as painful as hell. But she just wanted to get this over with as quick as possible.
Not too long later the other baby's cry filled the room. Finally it was over. It was done quite successfully.
Jas started to doze off, the medication kicking in. And in the process she was brought back to the regular room, and left to rest.
Anthony was outside the nursery window, looking at his two boys. He couldn't be more happier than he was to have his sons, and prouder of his wife who managed to stay strong.
He pulled out his phone, texting everybody the good news. And frankly everyone was awake and anticipating his texts.

Indeed it was an unforgettable moment in their lives.
