It was getting late into the night, the countdown was to commence in about half an hour. For the past few hours, Anthony tried and tried to finally ask out Jasmine to be his girlfriend. He didn't pick just any time, he picked one where they were alone, or together - dancing with each other, looking out the cityscapes - he tried at every given time that seemed perfect. But he couldn't, it was either he was called out by Oak, Jazzy called out by the girls, everything really. He was running out of time. He planned on kissing her when the clock strikes 12, but now he fears he can't comply with his plans. He probably should've told people his plans.

"Anthony." Jas yelled, snapping him out of his trance, she giggled "You zoned out on me."

"Oh, sorry." He chuckled "What were you saying, again?"

"I said; wouldn't it be nice if Steph is having a girl and a boy." Jas giggled, rolling her eyes

"Maybe, she'll probably go nuts though." Anthony laughed

"I'll just get some more punch." Jas smiled, showing her empty cup, Anthony nodded, looking a bit worried

It wasn't really just Anthony worried and or nervous, Jas was too. She was worried about what their status really is, now that they've admitted each other's feeling, it didn't really meant that they're automatically dating. Or so she thinks. Pippa and Renee have seen them getting all close and comfortable, leading them to speculate things. Which Jas got annoyed of a bit.
She got herself another cup of punch, lookinh back to where she was with Anthony, she noticed her wasn't there. She looked around and saw no sight of him, she sighed, walking up to Pippa and Renee.

"Hey Jas." Pippa smiled "I thought you were hanging with Ant?"

"He disappeared, must've gone to the bathroom or something." Jas replied, sitting down by the bench beside them

"So when are you gonna tell us what's really going on with you and Anthony?" Pippa smirked, Jas rolled her eyes

"Like I already told you guys." She paused for a brief moment, for Daveed slipped and yelped so high pitched "We aren't dating."

"Yet." Renee added, laughing a bit "Hun, it'll happen eventually."

Pippa giggled, she found it so cute "You two finally admitted you liked each other anyway." She snorted

"And I'm guessing Anthony is hurrying with a plan to ask you out." Renee teased, making Jas blush "And don't even try to deny the fact you're hoping for it too."

"Oh I can't wait until you guys date, get engaged, get married have kids-"

"Woah woah woah, Pippa." Jasmine cut her off "We're not even dating."

"Yet!" Renee and Pippa mocked, laughing

"You guys stop please." Jas begged, trying to cover how red her face was

"Speaking of Ramos, he's heading this way." Pippa smirked, as Jas turned back to glance over him

"Hey ladies." He smiled "The countdown is up in a few minutes, so, shall we?"

"Anthony." She said softly, touched by his words

"Jas, I know I've been a coward in not telling you how I felt right away, I pulled you into stuff that was too much for you." He exclaimed, looking her deeply in the eyes "But now, I am finally gonna say it; I love you Jasmine Cephas-Jones, and I just want a chance to be with you."
