--- "Long time no see..." ---

"Where's Jungkook? Is he not with you?" She asked, swaying her hips side to side. I lowered my head, sighing quietly. I couldn't bare to talk about to him. "And why is your face stained?"

"Care to tell me where you've been?" I snapped back, perking my head up.

Sumbae rolled her eyes. It's not I actually wanna know anything about her. "None of your business."

"Then it's none of your business to know about me or even him." I left the girl standing alone, our shoulders brushing against eachothers. I headed to the girls' shower room as that was the closest and the most quiet place available.

Folding my hand under the running tap, I splashed water all over my face. I couldn't help but to curse each time the water got warmer as I touched it. My face was finally rinsed and the previous tear stains were now gone. The thing I never understood is why Sumbae would return after Jungkook's incident. This was an occurrence that wasn't caused on an accident.

It was now Geography and I took a seat in the chair provided. It felt weird in a way just knowing the seat opposite me is empty... well not so empty anymore. "H-Hey! That seat is taken!" I shouted, grabbing the student's attention.

"Yeah, taken by me. I didn't see anyone sitting on it before." I knew who exactly that voice belonged to. It was Sumbae's. But why is she here? She was never in one of my classes except for Physical Education, Dance and History. "Oh, and I'm in every class of yours. Better get used to it honey." What a great day this was.

I headed to the back of the school. It was my quiet place, where not many people came. Namjoon was there, leaning against the wall, earplugs in and watching something from the screen infront of him. I approached him, tapping on his shoulder. "(Y/N)," he responded, taking out his headphones from his ears, "Are you okay?"

"I'm fine," I lied. Sumbae was now in all my classes and I couldn't escape it. "What are you doing here?"

"Skipping class, you?"

"Doing the same. I've got an excuse anyways." Namjoon nodded, pausing the screen on his phone. "Should you really be doing this?"

"Oh c'mon, I'm probably the smartest student in this school." He was right. Namjoon's IQ was very high, that he could even be a businessman or work with the law or something, but he chose doing music as his career and I will fully support him in doing so. His parents weren't keen on letting him achieve his dream, but I was and I'm not letting him leave with sadness and regret.

"Hey (Y/N)," Namjoon grabbed my attention. I turned to face him, humming. "The hospital... Is he going to be okay?"

He knew this was a sensitive topic to talk about around me. Why would he do such a thing? I wanted to give him a valid reason without breaking down, and so I did. "He's not eating, Namjoon. He's not responding to anything. His pulse is fine but at this rate, he's going to be dead."

"He'll survive. I know it." Namjoon tried his best to stay positive and that's what I liked about him. He always was the one that cheered up everyone that were in a bad mood.

"Where are we meeting the boys after school?" I asked. I wanted to bring them to the hospital so they could see Jungkook for themselves.

"At the front gates, why?"

"Nothing, I just want to take you guys somewhere."

"Alright." The school bell rang loud, echoing in my ear and I'm guessing Namjoon's too  We both headed to the practice room to see everyone else.

Short chapter, I'm sorry. I'm wondering what you guys would like next chapter? A Jungkook POV of what he's dreaming/hearing about or a really intense/upsetting Reader's POV? Thank you guys for support this book a lot ♡ Unfortunately it's coming to an end soon with a choice of ending (angst. or happy).
