Lana's POV:
Wait, what?
I must have misunderstood her.
She did not just asked that, right?"What?" Brendon and I said in unison, but in a very weak voice.
"Yes, Brendon. You asked me if I knew someone that could help you. Well, here she is!" Miss Robbie grinned.
Brendon and I stared at each other for a couple of seconds, both frozen.
"Is everything okay? You guys have any problems? Because I can happily sit you both and help yourselves to work on each other's differences. Yeah, that! I'm actually really good at that!" Miss Robbie broke the silence.
Oh no, that would be just worse.
"No, Miss Robbie, I don't have any problems with Urie. It just took me by surprise. I'm glad you trust me enough to recommend me for tutoring." And I couldn't fit any other more lie in what I just said.
"And you Brendon? Any problems with having Ms. Lujano as your tutor?"
"Uh no, Miss Robbie. Thanks for your help" Said Brendon and walked out of the classroom quickly.
"Okay, then, have a good day, kids!" I cringed when she said 'kids'. It just sounds so wrong coming out from her mouth considering she's just a few years older than us.
I went to my history classroom, and luckily the teacher hadn't started the class yet, but I was still late because there was only one seat left. I walked towards the empty seat, and it was right in the middle between Anna Katherine and Ryan Ross, who also take this class. This time Anna was not laughing or talking who knows what about me. Her face was showing complete embarrassment, probably because of yesterday; Ryan looked like he was writing something from his own imagination on his notebook. I ignored everyone surrounding me and payed attention to Mr. Stewart right when he started the class.
As the class finished, everyone made their exits. I went to my locker, and Anna and Ryan passed by my side. I saw Brendon coming towards them, and they're not so far from where I am, so I can hear clearly their conversation.
"Bren- bren, baby, the cafeteria is on the other side!" Said Anna.
"Oh yes, I know. Listen, go to the cafeteria, I'll catch you guys later." Said Brendon.
"Kay, bro" Ryan responded and moved on.
"Thanks, man" Brendon started walking past them, but Anna interrupted.
"Aren't you gonna give me a kiss?" She said in a baby voice.
Brendon approached her, and connected his lips with her.
Cringeeeeee.
If that was not cringeworthy enough, I just saw my douche bag of ex-boyfriend who weeks ago stole a kiss from me, getting out of the janitor's closet with that red haired girl. What was wrong with me and how the hell I ever liked that guy? Seriously, was I so blind that I never saw how much of a man whore he is?
"So!" A face popped out right when I closed my locker.
"You!" I jumped. "You scared the hell out of me!" I said, but he started grinning like an idiot. "What do you want, Brendon?"
