Arthur: We reached the surface which wasn't all that hard because there was a slightly rainy slope near The Ruined Kingdom and much to our dismay it was raining. This seemed to confuse Max and he spoke up "What is this?! why is water falling from the sky?!". He was obviously panicking so I grabbed him and shook him (probably not the best Idea but I wasn't sure what else to do) and said "Max I won't let the water get to you okay?" He looked like he would pass out at any given moment. And he did while breathing very fast. Betameche was the first to panic and Selenia was quick to calm him down, although she wasn't pleased by any means. That left me to pick up Max 'oh great'. Don't get me wrong I didn't mind but I felt weird like I did at his house, at the gate. Part of me liked it when Max tried to intimidate me.'It was cute- no, no, no, no! I'm a boy! I love Selenia! Max is just something new and weird, but nothing like love, no'. "Hey Arthur hurry up!" I was snapped out of my thoughts by Beta yelling at me. I saw every detail on Max's face when I carried him with me. We eventually stopped near a stream where we washed off

Max: I woke up to see it was still raining I was freaking out inside but managed to quell it from being shown. What I saw when I looked to my side shocked me. I saw Arthur, facing away from me with nothing on. I was so embarrassed and I turned away quickly but made sure not to get caught. Whenever I closed my eyes I thought about his seemingly blemish-less back and shoulders. Well unless you counted the freckles faintly lining down his back and... Well, anyways, I was astounded at the fact I mesmerized all that in about 3 seconds. He looked simply perfect. and It was that thought that got my mind off of the rain and allowed me to go to sleep.
