Dean's POV

Sam and I got out of the car leaving. Sam opens the trunk and takes out the dufflebag. "You guys got room for two more?" I ask as I see Haley, her brother Ben and Roy the ranger who's going to lead us through the woods. "Wait, you want to come with us?" Haley asks "Who are these guys?" Roy asks "Apparently this is all the park service could muster up for the search and rescue." Hayley answers. Sam walks past us all. "You're rangers?" Roy asks "That's right" I reply "And you're hiking out in biker boots and jeans?" Haley asks me skeptically, I look down at my clothes. "Well sweetheart, I don't do shorts." I tell her and walk past her. "What, you think this is funny? It's dangerous out there. Her brother might be hurt." Roy tells us, Sam and I turn to face him "Believe me, I know how dangerous it can be. We just wanna help them find their brother, that's all." I tell him and walk past Sam. I feel bad about leaving Alice in the car like that, but I had no choice. If our story were to be believable she had to stay in the car. They're already a bit skeptic about us being rangers. Though with her track record of disobeying me.... or dad, I doubt she'll stay in the car.

We hike through the forest. Roy being the lead, next in line is me and Sam, Hayley and Ben are closing up the group. "Roy, you said you did a little hunting." I say, trying to make a little conversation with the man. "Yeah, more than a little." he tells me "Uh-huh. What kind of furry critters do you hunt?" I ask him "Mostly buck, sometimes bear." he replies, I walk past Roy "Tell me, uh, Bambi or Yogi ever hunt you back?" I ask. Suddenly Roy grabs me, Sam looks at us "Whatcha doing, Roy?" I ask him, Roy grabs a stick and pokes the bear trap I had almost stepped in. Haley looks at me annoyed. "You should watch where you're stepping. Ranger." Roy tells me. he drops the stick and retakes the lead. "It's a bear trap." I say, we hike on. Haley catches up to me "You didn't pack any provisions. You guys are carrying a duffel bag. You're not rangers." she tells me than grabs my arm "So who the hell are you?" she asks, Ben walks past us and Sam looks at me. I give Sam a look that tells him to walk by and he does. I watch him for a moment, before answering Hayley's question "Sam and I are brothers, and we're looking for our father. He might be here, we don't know. I just figured that you and me, we're in the same boat." I tell her truthfully "Why didn't you just tell me that from the start?" she asks me "I'm telling you now. 'sides, it's probably the most honest I've ever been with a woman. ...ever. So we okay?" I ask her. There's a pause "Yeah, okay" Hayley says. "And what do you mean I didn't pack provisions?" I ask her pulling out a big bag of peanut M&M's. I put my hand in the bag and hike on.

Suddenly the leaves from the bushes began to move a little. I take out my gun. I groan in annoyance as I see who it is. "Alison what the hell are you doing here?!" I ask her, she just shrugs her shoulders "Hunting" she answers "Atleast I know what we're hunting" she tells me and I gape at her. She never listens, like ever. "Who's that?" Hayley asks as she catches up to me. "This... is my little sister, Alison. I told her to stay in the car, but like you can see, she never listens." I tell Hayley glaring at my little sister "Oh don't be such a grumpy pants Dean-o" she tells me with a smirk "You know you love me..... and I can take care of myself." she adds, I roll my eyes at her. But it's true, she can take care of herself. She is a Winchester, after all.

Alison's POV

Roy is still leading the way Sam, Ben, Haley, Dean and I following. I've noticed before that it is very silent in this forest, too silent. There's literally not a sound, not even crickets. "This is it, Blackwater Ridge" Roy says. Sam walks past Roy "What coordinates are we at?" he asks. Roy pulls out his GPS "Thirty-five and minus one-eleven" he tells my brother. "Do you hear that?" Dean asks staring into the debts of the forest. So, I guess they noticed it too, huh. "Yeah, not even crickets" Sam answers. " I'm gonna go take a look around." Roy says as he puts his GPS away. "You shouldn't go off by yourself." Sam says and he's right, there is bloody Wendigo out in these woods, looking for it's next meal. Though it wouldn't really make a difference if any of us went with him. "That's sweet. Don't worry about me." Roy says and walks away. "Alright, everybody stays together. Let's go" Dean says and we walk on.

"Haley! Over here!" we suddenly hear Roy yell. Haley immidiatly  runs towards the sound of the sound of the voice, followed closely behind by the rest of us. We come to a halt and see a campsite that is completely torn apart, bloody and all the supplies are scattered. Yep, defiantly a Wendigo. "Oh my God." Haley says as she takes in the campsite "Looks like a grizzly" Roy comments. "Tommy?" Haley calls out "Tommy!" She calls out again as she throws of her backpack. Sam runs after her, trying to make her shut up. "TOMMY!?" she shouts "Shh shh shh" Sam says "Why?" Haley asks. "Something might still be out there." Sam replies "Something is definitely still out there and that something is a Wendigo." I mutter under breath. "Sam? Alice?" Dean calls out. We leave the other and go over to our brother. "The bodies were dragged from the campsite." Dean says "But here the tracks just vanish." Dean adds as we all look at the trail. "It's weird" Dean adds standing up. "I'll tell you what..." he says when we're all standing up. "It's no Skinwalker or Black Dog" Dean says "That's because it's not. I told you before and I'm going to tell you again, it's a Wendigo." I tell them. But do they ever listen? They'll realize I'm right sooner or later. Dean walks off. Sam looks around for a bit and then looks at me. "You coming Al?" he asks "As if you would ever leave me behind" I say "Oh wait, you did just that four years ago and than never contacted us once in those four years you were gone. Not even answering our phone calls." I say "I was just going to college Ally. Are you really still mad about that?" he asks me "And now you're back and Dean suddenly thinks I'm too young to hunt, to know anything of importance and it's not like you listen to me anyway." I add going after Dean. "Alison..." Sam starts, but I keep walking.

I follow Dean and see Haley pick something up from the campsite. Dean squats down next to her. "Hey, he could still be alive." He tells her and she looks at him. Suddenly a voice calls out and we all look up. "Help!" the voice calls out. We all get up and run into the direction of the voice. "Help!" it calls out again. "Help me!" It shouts. The other may think it's Haley's brother, you know the one that's missing, the one we're looking for. I don't don't think it's him. Wendigo's can mimic their victims voice, it's pretty cool. Along with their speed, that nearly makes them invisible. It's smart, probably smarter than any of us. That along with all his other traits and skills makes a Wendigo a near-perfect hunter. The worst thing is.... they were human once, for their survival they resorted to eating human flesh. It changed them, now they're cursed to crave the meat that kept them alive, every second of the day. They're great hunters at day, but impossible hunters at night. How we're going to kill this son of a bitch, I have no idea. The only thing I do know is, that I won't let my brothers face it alone. I won't let them die, not on my watch.
