" Dad, do you like Erica? " Jack asked his father this one day over summer.
" I think that there are something's I wish I could fix like what she says about your siblings, the way she treats you and others. " Joe never took his eyes off his family playing football.
" Dad I think that I might ask a new girl out for a date. "
"Well who is it Jack? "
"Jackie. The girl who interviewed me. It's nothing serious but.. " Jack swirled his thumbs around one another.
"Now that is a smart move. " Joe smiled the rest of the night.
Bobby and Ethels House
"Oh Jack, calm down Erica won't find out if we see her or think we see her me and Bobby will hide you. " Ethel rubbed Jacks shoulder as she was saying this.
"Thanks Ethie. " Jack was nervous, he had never cheated or went out with a girl since he got with Erica.
At the Restaurant
"Why thank you for inviting me Ethel. I'm sorry John was not able to show up. " Jackie dabbed the corners of her mouth.
"Who's John? " Jack tilted his head.
"My fiance. " Jackie said looking into his eyes.
"Ethel, may I talk to you a second? " Ethel couldn't answer this because Jack was already dragging her by the arm to a corner.
" WHAT THE HELL ETHIE! SHES ENGEGED" Jack whisper yelled this to her.
" It was the only way I could get her ti come! I'm so sorry Jack. I just wanted to help you see if you really liked her by the way you were looking at her you seem to really like her! " Ethel squealed.
