Jack took Jackie to see "The Philadelphia Story. "
"Jack that was a wonderful movie! " Jackie smiled at Jack as strode down the sidewalk.
"I'm happy you liked it. Would you like to come to the Cape to meet my brother? "
"I would be honored to. " They continued down the sidewalk until they heard shouting.
"JACKIE, JACKIE! BACK HERE! " There he was. John Husted the man who left Jackie for another girl.
"Hello John how are you tonight? " Jackie asked looking down before taking Jack's hand and lifting her chin up.
Cleared his throat and smiled at Jackie. John looked down at his feet not knowing what to say.
"So John how's that girl of yours? " Jack asked.
"That's what I wanted to talk to Jackie about. " John's words were cold as cold as ice.
"W.. " Jack started before Jackie cut him off.
"It's okay Jack. I'll speak to you John, Jack stay here please. " Jack nodded and took a few steps away.
John led Jackie through a small crowd where Jack was still in sight.
"Jackie I'm sorry. I really truly am! "
"I know. " Jackie said.
"I wanna give it- us another go. "
"No John because I found someone who I won't find in MY bed with some TRAMP! " Jackie stormed off and went back to Jack with a tear running down her face.
"What did he say Jackie? " Jack asked.
"Nothing Jack. Let's go to the Cape so I can meet that brother of yours. "
