The Performance

We are performing for the school, my friends, during the day. We start with year ten and eleven, year nine on their own,  and year seven and eights in the afternoon. This is scary because it's my first performance and it is inviting if the people I love.

Sound checks go pretty well, and the bell for form rings for everyone to hear. We are singing, Loving You Is Easy, Beautiful Life, Carry You, Lucky Ones, and covering Midnight Memories. I am excited because people get to ask us questions at the end, and together we sound amazing.

I hear people start going in to the hall from back stage, and I start to become more nervous. Josh looks me straight in the eyes and says, "You can do this, I trust you." I just want to hold him in a very tight hug and never let go, his eyes are perfect and they sparkle in the lighting.

Our first performance goes really well, and people are asking lots of questions. Once we are finished we take our break and get ready for the most important performance of them all to me. All of my friends are going to be there. This is either gonna be easily embarrassing or really in-your-face-suckers! Again, I hear them filling in and, I am more nervous than I have ever been.

The music starts and from back stage Jaymi starts to sing, we all walk on stage and so far nothing too embarrassing had happened. We finish the song and I look up to see my best mates stood right at the front screaming so loudly. I love those guys. We finish our songs and wish it wasn't over.

The questions people are asking are really strange as they know most things about me anyway. They are asking things like, which member do you fancy, which member burps the loudest. Yes I know what you are thinking, my friends are weird!

The lunch break goes on forever and we get a kebab from the shop around the corner, we eat that then start talking about the tour, and when reversals are going to start. The album comes out tomorrow, so why we need to discuss this now is very strange to me.

Lunch is now over and the year seven and eights now come into the hall. We perform the same for them and are finally finished. Three performances on one day is just painful. But I got my set out of science so it doesn't really matter.

We are now finished and I am free to go home and get into some comfy pajamas and have a nap before going to ride the horses. I'm so excited this well be the first time I've ridden them since they have been in their me home.
