We Stand

Nice to see you again

It had now been five months since I last met Barry Allen. During that time I have learned to know what powers I posess. I can fly, I have super strenght, I can shoot lasers with my eyes and I know there is more to come - I just havn't thought my self how to do it just yet.

I was flying over Central City, my home. I hadn't been here for a while. I had been around - just helping people and learning more about my self. I looked down to see the building of S.T.A.R-labs. I knew that I had to talk to them sooner or later - so I decided to try.

As I landed in the building I walked to the main-room, where I saw Caitlin, Cisco and some blonde guy. They where al talking to Barry through the mic on the desk - so I decided just to walk until they would see me.

"Come on Barry, you can do this!", I just kept walking " Yes Barry you....", I heard them stop talking - so I turned around. "Hi", I smiled shyly at them as Cisco and Caitlin stared at me. " Barry, get to the lab - now!".

In a moment I saw the back of the Flash standing in front of me - his back facing me.

"Guys, what is it?" ,he sounded out of breath. Caitlin and Cisco pointed to my direction - and then he turned around to look at me.

"Oh my god... It's you.", he looked so relieved. " Hi Barry". Bafore I knew it I felt two arms wrap themselves around me in a tight hug. "I thought I had lost you" ,this made me chuckle. "Not that easy.".

I felt his arms leave my body as he looked in to my eyes, " Barry can we talk... Alone?". "Of course".

"Gen, I am so sorry I..."
"Don't... You did what you thought was best, I can't blame you for that."
He smiled sadly at me, "Though it still wasn't right of me". I smiled, " I know, but I can't fight with you forever Barry".

I sat down next to him on my desk in my old lab. "So, where have you been?" "Oh, here and there - mostly just outside of town." "Have you had anywhere to live?" I smiled. "There was an old boat-house, it was really old but it worked.",Barry looked at me seriously. I smiled, " Barry, I am okay". "You could have just come home", " yeah about that. I was just wondering if... You know.... You wanted your old roomie back." ,I looked up at him - expecting the worst - but he smiled at me.

"You are always welcome home Gen", I felt as Barrys arms held me tight - and I would be lying if I said that I didn't miss these moments.

After talking to everyone, inclouding the new guy - Jay. I found my self to be rather tired.

I yawned as I sat in the chair in the main room - I swear that I heard Barry chuckle. " I think that it's time to go home", I smiled. "Need a ride Barry?", said I. He looked at me - clearley confused. "Gen I know that you can fly but I do weigh like dubble as much as you".

I grinned as I walked up to the stage-thingy in the middle of the room with the desk, Cisco and Caitlyn on it. I then took a hold of it and lifted it with one hand - holding it above my head. "I think I'll manage". I smiled as I saw both Jay's and Barry's impressed faces. Though I guessed that Cisco and Caitlin wherent as impressed as them.

"Ehm, guys - we are in the air.", said Cisco. I then decided to put them down. I giggled, "sorry guys".

I looked over at Barry and held out my hand, " trust me?". He smiled at me and took it, "always".

We walked down the corridoor until we reached the hole that I made before. " Genevieve why don't I just ruuuuun!?", before he could finish his sentence I had already placed him on my back and we where already flying high above the clouds.
