The Angel and the Devil

Memories Part 3

I walk up to her balcony and call her name.

" Sakuraa!" I say.

She looks down and screams.

" A devil!!!! Who are you?! Get away!!!" She yells as i fly up.

" What? sakura it's me! Daichi!"

She looks terrified and the door behind her bursts open and a man flies in.

" SAKURA!" He yells.

" KEIICHI!" she yells as she runs into his arms.

" A Devil! "

He flies towards me with a dagger.

" DIEEEEE!!!!"

"NOOOOO! STOPP!" Yells sakura.

She flies in front of me and is slashed by his dagger. she falls to the floor and i catch her laying her down.

" Sakura...?"

She touches my face and a tear slips down her face.

" I...remember...."

" Remember what?"

" I...lo..ve .. You.."

Her eyes close and i start crying.

Keichi has fallen and now lays on the ground his face drained.

" SAKURA?!!" her parents fly out and stare in shock as i hold her next to me crying.

" A Devil?! Get out!! Leave!!!"

I fly away and all i see is hatred.

I stand by a window that faces the living area. I silently listen in on the conversation.

" Her cut is very severe. The poison is slowly consuming her body. There is only 1 cure for this. In the mountains of the Underworld, there is a cave spoken of that a flower called The Midnight Tear Drop grows. That will cure her. "

" But..! We have no way of getting that." Her mother says.

I fly off knowing what i need to do.

3 hours later i am exhausted and still far from finding the flower. I lay down and take a breath.

" What if it's too late?" i think.

Suddenly the rock underneath me collapses.

I'm in a cave. It's dark and cold. Water drips down the side of the cave. Light floods from somewhere in the wet cave.

I look around and there at the end of the small cave is a flower shrouded in the moonlight.

I pluck it from the ground. It's petals are gray and resembles rock.

I fly put of the small cave and toward the Heavens.

When i arrive, her mother and father are crying.

I give the flower to the physician.

" PLEASE! SAVE HER!" I yell at the him.

" The flower...! You must be very grateful to this man! He has saved your daughters life." The Physician says to Sakura's parents.

He makes a ointment using the flowers crushed up leaves and the inside of its stem. As he spreads it on her wound you can see the cut healing.

I fly away and back home once she is sound asleep.
