Forbidden Love

" A devil?" I said

" You're an angel." He replied

" What's your name?"

" Daichi. What's yours?"

I pause for a moment befor replying uncertainly " Sakura."

" As expected, such a name suits you well. I have listened to you play the violin for a while."

I blushed. " Um.. thank you."

I heard someone yelling my name. I started walking away before he grabbed my hand.

" will you meet me here tomorrow at the same time?"

" Sure. I must leave now!"

I flew out of the In Between and caught myself before i stumbled. I looked back to see Daichi but he wasn't there. i flew to the door and went inside.

My mother appeared in front of me.

"How was your trip dear?" She asked.

"Fine thanks." I replied.

I went up to the library and as soon as i entered i was greeted by the Librarian Sturi.

"My my! It's been quite some time since you visited the libary! Do you need any assistance?" She asked.

" no i'm fine thank you Sturi."

"Of course!"

I flew up and reached the last floor of bookshelves. I flew onto the floor and looked at the books before me. Their spines were old and worn. I grabbed a book that took my attention.

I opened it up and started reading. War between the heavan and hell. Blah blah blah. Stuff of the monsters that reside in hell. I sighed in defeat knowing i was going nowhere with this.

I flew back down and saw Maria cleaning books. I went over to her and tapped her shoulder.

"Ms. Sakura! Can i help you?"

" do you have any recent records about The Underworld?"

"Yes of course we keep up to date with those things but they are restricted.why do you need them?"

I began to sweat and then i calmed myself and told her the biggest lie i could think of.

" Um you see... I am thinking of taking my FAthers place as ruler of the heavans but im still a bit unfamilar with the present state of The underworld."

"Amazing! I would expect nothing less of our treasured Princess Sakura!"

" Oh but of course you cant tell my father! I want it to be a surprise!"

" oh yes you are right!! Come with me!"

she lead me to the back of the library and opened the door with the key that hung from her neck. We went inside and the lanterns lit up as we walked down the narrow passage way.

She stopped and incantinated our secret language that is only known to angels as Kumityo. Suddenly the passage grew in size and a large pit full of spikes disappeared.

"Hehe a trap for anyone who tries to enter forcefully." She said.

We kept walking and entered a large room well lit. Sat down at one of the tables and she brought me 2 large books.

" this is all the info of the last 150 years." She said

"Thanks Maria." I said

She left and i started reading and after about an hour or so i came about the love between an angel and a devil. Appearently 130 years ago an Angel named Rima And a devil named Arin fell in love but he betrayed her and ended up murdering thousands of angels. They had made the Inbetween and made it forbidden to fall in love with a devil.

I knew it was wrong to love this boy named Daichi but i could sense it. He was not evil. I flipped through more pages. i found info on my birth and then came across another thing. that 3 months earlier prior to my birth a Devil Prince was born to the King and Queen of The Underworld and that they had named him... Daichi.

I pushed the book away in horror. i felt like i was going to be sick. Not only was i in love with a devil but the Devil Prince. i had wondered one thing. Did he know i was the Princess of the Heavens?
