Wedding Day

Annabeth's Point of View

I stared at Piper, Hazel, and Rachel as they all helped me look, well, I didn't know yet, because they wouldn't let me see. All I knew is that it was going to look amazing. My life is about to be complete. Everything comes down to this.
Then, it all came crashing down, and it was like the sky was on my shoulders again.

Percy's Point of View

I straightened my bow tie, and checked my tux. Leo and Jason did the same "Just don't stutter on your vows and you'll  be fine" said Jason
"And don't trip" added Leo " I did that and Calypso wouldn't talk to me during the reception "
"So I just not mess up whatsoever " I said "Like that will ever happen"
"Oh c'mon" said Jason "You're okay"

"Yes, I am, I am, I am" I repeated

Then there were screams in the distance, followed by an explosion.

Athena's Point of View

I gaped at the sound of the explosion. Had Hecate followed through? What had happened? Then I remembered, so Hypnos had finally made up his mind!  About time! He's always SO busy getting his " beauty rest" I was worried he never heard me. Oh well, time to kidnap my own daughter!

Annabeth's Point of View

The explosion was enough to knock me out cold. But I wasn't giving up,I screamed loud enough that Percy could hear me. And then Piper, Hazel, and Rachel passed out cold. The dust cleared to reveal the bomber-s: Hypnos and my Mother.
"MOTHER?" I screamed "YOU?!"
"Yes, sweetie, Mommy is here for you" Athena said
"Why are you here?" I said, calming down a bit
"Why, I couldn't miss the week before your wedding " Athena said smugly
"WHAT DO YOU ME-, wait t-the w-week before?" I asked
"Yes, darling, the week before, now lets get you to a safe place an-"
I came to my senses, I punched my mother in the jaw and ran to Percy's tent.
"STOP RIGHT THERE YOUNG LADY!!" Athena screamed
"Annabeth!" Percy screamed "Annabeth no!"
Percy ran to me and caught me as I fell with shock. I landed in his arms and kissed him "Stay with me, please" He said
I began to dissolve.
"No, Wait!" He screamed.
Light slipped through his fingers.
I was gone.

Percy's Point of View

She was gone. The one girl and woman I had ever loved, gone. We had locked eyes before she went, and one message was clear, one universal message I would never forget.
I love you.
Gone.
Then I broke down. Screams of outrage poured out of me. I sobbed on the ground, crying and hugging myself. My parents came to me, my mom a nervous wreck, Paul wide eyed with fear, and my dad, with a look of sorrow and hatred. "Son" he said "We will get her back, I promise" I sobbed harder. My face a mess of tears and sadness. My dad picked me up and carried me to Olympus, I felt like a 12 year old again. So lonely and sad.
Poseidon comforted me, while Apollo examined me. "He will be fine, just a bit of a panic attack, and wooziness " Apollo said " It would be best if he had 48 hour watch and care, just to be safe" He said, like I was a sick animal, that was a wreck
"N-no" I spat
"I beg your pardon?" Apollo asked, concerned
"I n-need to see her" I stuttered
"You are delirious " Apollo stated " You need rest"
"I hate to admit it, but Apollo is right" said Poseidon
And with that, he waved his hand over my head, and I fell asleep.

Athena's Point of View

Carrying your adult daughter out of her own wedding is no picnic, but I managed it. I dissolved her onto my chariot and took off full speed to Ogygia. I had improved it so it was practically inescapable, with no men in sight for miles.
I dropped her off at a small stone tower on the beach, and sped away.

Annabeth's Point of View

I woke up in a strange place, filled with strange things and strange beings. Furious with my Mother, I screamed for her to put me back. I couldn't take one more second without Percy.
He told me to stay with him and I failed him. I failed my only true love. Athena came later that night. She told me not to worry and that everything was fine but I knew better. I ignored her conversations and then went to my bedroom. It was beautiful, with a queen canopy, an ocean View, owl and ocean tapestry, and a mosaic of, me. I hated it. But I loved the View and the tapestry.
I prayed to Poseidon, Hecate, Ares, even Aphrodiate to get me out of here. I could tell they wanted to crush Athena into oblivion, but I guessed that Zeus was holding them back.
Not long after I drifted into a deep sleep, dreaming of my Percy, his lips, and my life with him.

Hi guys! It's almost been 3 months since I updated! (Or 1 or 2) I haven't been able to keep track of my life! But I hope you like this cliffhanger chapter! I worked really hard to bring you this chapter!
