The Stormtrooper shoved Cassian's limp body towards and he struggled to keep his balance and landed on the ground in front of Cora.
Instinctively, she dropped to her knees and wrapped her arms around her wounded, terrified, and semi-unconscious child and pressed her lips against his forehead as her tears moistened Cassian's cheeks.

"You're lucky your mother saved you this time. Next time we catch you in trouble, you're coming with us."

"Come on bud, let's move." Said the trooper behind him.

While his frail, limp body lay in the safety of her arms, the bystanders began to thin out. One by one, they left to go back to their business until it was just the Andors.

"Cassian, I'm so sorry."  She said with her unsteady voice to her now unconscious child in her arms.
