new."

"Dammit," Luna groaned, rolling over to turn off her Beyoncé ringtone that was playing the main chorus of Flawless. She set that as her alarm to bring up her self confidence, because for the past few days she hasn't been feeling herself lately. And plus, she was on her period.

Getting up out a bed, she picked out some clothes and grabbed an extra pad before she went in the shower. The warm steam slowly woke her up out of her sleepy state. She washed up for a while before she got out. Throwing on some black sweats and a black shirt along with it. She didn't have anybody to impress at this damn school anyway—well except for Zayn of course but this week was an exception.

Luna threw her braids into a high bun and placed a black headband over her edges. She applied some deodorant and some perfume before she walked out the bathroom.

Zayn had just woken up, his alarm went off an hour after hers. So their bathroom schedule wouldn't be jacked, and it worked out perfectly. Once she walked out he got in to do his routine.

Soon enough they were dressed and they both left their dorm. Luna practically dragging her feet along the sidewalk. She looked like trash, and she didn't care to be honest.

And Zayn noticed how different she was today. He noticed how quiet and mean looking she looks. So he decided not to bother her.

They both parted their ways. Luna slightly pouting when Zayn didn't say goodbye. She knew that this was gonna be a long day.

"Catacombs is what they use to place the dead," Luna's English professor spoke as she pointed to an image on the projector with her long stick.

"This is so fucking boring," Louis mumbled, writing the word 'catacombs' and the definition on his paper.

"And my fucking stomach hurts," Luna mumbled, letting out a deep breath.

"You're on your period?" Louis asks.

Luna was a little shocked, she frowned a little bit, "How do you know about that?"

"I have a girlfriend," he snickers. "She was on hers last week."

"Oh," she laughed.

"Her name is Rachel," he blushes. "I swear she is the best thing that has ever happen to me. I love her so much and she is so beautiful. I plan to marry that girl one day."

"Aw Louis, you're gonna make me cry," she fanned her face to prevent the tears from falling down, Luna got very emotional when she was on her period like any other girl.

Luna chuckled a bit, "Don't worry, you'll find yours."

Luna sighed, "Hopefully."

After English was over Luna headed to Math class. She had this class with Rydel, but she never recognized her ever since they crossed paths the other week. Luna made sure to keep her distance.

"We are trying to solve for 'x' and 'y' before we do anything else," the math professor spoke, turning his back to write those two variables on the board along with the equation.

"I didn't get any sleep last night," Rydel whispered to her friend, she was two rows in front of Luna so she heard everything and she wished she didn't.

"What happened?" The friend asked, wiggling his eyebrows.

"I was with Kat," she smirks.

"Weren't you two done?" The friend aks.

Rydel rolled her eyes, "We were hooking up then she left because I mentioned some other girl's name."

The guy frowned, "Who was it?"

"Luna," Rydel says a bit loudly, and it worked because Luna's ears perked up at the mention of her name.

She decided to ignore it and focus on her math, even though she wanted to pull her out of the chair by her hair and start swinging..she couldn't. Not here, and not right now.

"I was just talking about her," Rydel shrugs, talking loudly on purpose. "She said that I liked her and all these bullshit then I told her that I didn't like the bitch so she stayed."

"Who's Luna?" The guy asked.

Luna could feel them both turning around to look at her. She just kept her eyes on her paper and tried her hardest not give in. Because she was close of doing so.

"That ugly bitch right there," Rydel scoffed and pointed purposely, getting somewhat upset that she's not reacting. She had to step her game up to get a little something out of her.

Rydel got up and walked over to Luna just to piss her off even more. Before she said anything Rydel yanked Luna's braids as if to get her attention, "You found x and y yet—,"

She couldn't even finish her sentence because Luna rose from her seat and sent a clean punch to Rydel's face. It was totally rude to pull someone's hair like that, and Luna had enough of the disrespect. Rydel was gonna get her ass whooped pretty soon.

"Fuck with me again and watch what happen," Luna growled, all eyes were on her but she didn't care at this point.

Rydel held her face and cried on the floor. She was weak, and Luna could tell by looking at her. She didn't want none of what Luna had to offer.

"Come on, let's go," a soft spoken girl says patting Luna's back. "Let's leave."

Luna took one more look at Rydel before she grabbed her things. Her and the girl left the classroom together.

"She's a bitch, I know," the girl muttered underneath her breath, surprising herself and Luna that she said that.

Luna laughed lightly, "Yeah she is..wait what's your name?"

"I'm Rachel," she spoke almost quietly.

"Aw, you're Louis' girlfriend!" Luna cooed.

Rachel blushed, her tan cheeks turning pink, "Yeah."

"You're so pretty and nice," Luna pouted. "I wish I can be like that."

"Oh shut up, you're very pretty," Leah told her. "And aggressive."

They both laughed.

"I don't know what came over me," Luma sighed. "I'm on a period and I just got so mad."

"She was really trying you, she did it all on purpose. She deserved it" Rachel told her.

"But..I shouldn't have ever let her get to me. I feel like she won in a way," Luna pouted.

"Well not really..you punched her in the face Luna. Who really won?" Leah giggled, causing Luna to giggle as well.

Luna let out a deep breath and looked at Leah, "I feel like we're gonna be good friends."
