I was the girl that had anything she ever wanted. I had a happy family, nice things. Any one would want to take my place.
I thought I lived in a safe place. Nothing bad could happen to me. No one could hurt me. Apparently, I was dead wrong.
My name is Cassandra Audrine Mitchell. You can call me Cassie. I lived happily with my parents and my little brother, Conner. My life was perfect. I'm healthy, I went to a nice school, I had a family that loved me. My parents were in no sight of divorce and my brother loved me, although he can annoy me. Everything was happy in life, until that surprising day.
I was left alone in the restaurant I worked in as a waitress(I may be a rich girl, but my parents do make me pay for some things!). I cleaned the tables after hours, listening to my iPod. In a way, I was a tomboy. So the song Misery Business by Paramore rang in my ears. I felt safe.
Quickly and without notice, a blindfold was put over my face, restricting my vision and keeping me from screaming. "Scream and you die faster," said a bone chilling voice. I nodded.
After that, I don't know where I ended up. I'm kept in a small room with the simple things. Clothes, a bed, a bathroom with no windows, and food dropped off by the kidnapper's son.
What I was thankful for was that I was still alive. But I just was worried about how long I would stay that way.
