It's been a month since the 7 boys started hanging out together and no one was awkward anymore. Jaebum and Jinyoung shares a dorm room now since Jinyoung's roommate was the guy who got expelled.
People would stare a lot because of how different each of them are but they all seem to get along so well.
"Why does homework exist?" Bambam suddenly said while they were hanging out at a café near the campus.
"Why do you exist?" Jaebum asked him.
"What did I do to him?" The younger one asked Jackson.
"He's grumpy because his favorite dongsaeng isn't here yet." Jackson answered while grabbing Mark's iced tea. Mark swatted his hand away but let him drink anyways.
"That's not my fault though." Bambam said, obviously offended by Jaebum's answer.
"Is that math?" Jinyoung asked him. Bambam nodded and pout.
"Give me." Jinyoung said while offering his hand for Bam too put his notes on it. Bambam gave him his notes and smiled widely.
"I'm here!" Youngjae yelled as he arrived which made Jaebum smile widely.
"C'mon let's order." Jaebum said as he put his arms around the other.
"I can do it by myself hyung, you can just sit there" The younger one said.
"You might blind them, and I haven't ordered yet anyways." Jaebum said while pulling him to the counter.
"Blind them? What does he mean?" Youngjae thought to himself but didn't ask.
The two ordered and got their drinks but as they went to the others, someone approached the two.
A girl stood in front of the two and was giving a love letter. Jaebum, being a pro at rejecting people nicely decided to speak up.
"Look, i'm not interested in dating girls right now. I'm flattered but you're making my friend and I very uncomf-" He started but was cut off.
"Youngjae-ssi, I like you." The girl said which made their eyes widen.
Youngjae wanted to laugh but the girl might take it as an insult so he grabbed the letter and said thank you to the girl while pulling Jaebum to their friends.
Jaebum became silent as they sat down with the others, they weren't aware of what happened so the group didn't notice.
But Youngjae did, "That must've hurt hyung's ego." he thought to himself but that wasn't the case at all.
"Youngjae can like girls, not every guy in the world likes guys like you. You're so stupid Im Jaebum, why would you think he could like you when there's tons of girls out there!" Jaebum thought to himself.
"Guys, i'll be going first." Jaebum said as he walked away from the group.
"He was grumpy when youngjae hyung wasn't here, and now that you're here he's still grumpy." Bambam said while looking at the hyung who just left them.
"Did something happen while you were inside?" Mark asked.
Youngjae told them what happened and the boys started nodding like they got what Jaebum's problem is.
"Did you read the letter yet?" Yugyeom asked and Youngjae replied with a shake of his head.
"I threw it out." He simply replied. He didn't to keep something that would make his hyung uncomfortable.
"I thought you were nice." Jinyoung said, while laughing.
"I am though." Youngjae said while pouting.
"Atleast he doesn't return it like Mark hyung does." Yugyeom said while sipping his chocolate drink.
"But his is food, of course you can't just throw away food!" Jinyoung replied to the youngest one.
"Calm down." Mark said before the two started bickering again.
"Enough, I need to pee." Yugyeom said.
"Get me water, gyeom." Bambam said and the younger flashed him a thumbs up.
"Get me water too." Jinyoung yelled. Yugyeom replied with a "you have hands, use it hyung."
"Would Jaebum hyung be happy again if I set him up with a cute girl in my class?" Youngjae asked Jinyoung.
"No, don't do that. He hates that, and he'll hate it more if YOU did it." Jinyoung said. "Hyung's just not into girls these past few months so just let him be, his head will cool down by itself." He continued.
"I just don't want him to be grumpy anymore." Youngjae said while deeply sighing.
"Youngjae-ah, have you and hyung met before?" Jinyoung asked and Youngjae looked alarmed.
"Why? Did he tell you anything?" He nervously asked. Jinyoung smirked because Jaebum did tell him and Jackson about how they already met before and that's why he saved Youngjae from the one who was bullying him.
"He mentioned a subway. A Choi Youngjae who sa-" Jinyoung stopped mid-sentence due to Youngjae covering his mouth which shocked the group.
Youngjae said a quick bye and ran until he saw Jaebum and a girl in his class talking to him while clutching his arm.
Youngjae didn't understand why but he was hurt. His smile that was always there faded and he felt like a plant dying. It was unusual for him to feel like that, specially because of a friend talking to someone else.
"Hyung's such a liar, he said he was done with girls but look at him enjoying that girl's hand around his arm." Bambam said as he approached Youngjae with the rest of the group.
"He looks annoyed though." Yugyeom said, putting his arms around Bambam.
"Stop gossiping over Jaebum hyung, Youngjae call him over." Jinyoung said as he pat him on the shoulder.
"Why me?" He asked. The others gave him an 'are you serious?' look which made him raise his eyebrows in confusion.
"He's like your puppy, he only listens to you for the past month, if you told him to jump off our building he'd probably do it." Jackson said while pointing at their building.
Youngjae sighed but yelled "hyung!" anyways.
Jaebum turned to look at him and smiled when he waved his hand.
Everything became bright again for the two of them, and Jaebum knows why.
"He's literally a sunshine." The older one said to himself while walking back to his friends.
