Vampires little secret

~Your little secrets out~

"She knows our birthday is in 2 months, and she usually gets me a card." My brother explained to his friends and Amanda.
Crap, I was going to get caught just being a straight up creep...
"She's thinking ahead?"Aidan asked, trying to reassure my brother of my good intentions.
"Why didn't she tell me?" Amanda asked disappointedly.
"She knows I have a great taste in perfume" She added.
"Well, I gotta go!" Aidan said and stood up abruptly as if he had no interest in the conversation from here on.

"What the hell Amanda!" Scarlett asked "Wher did you go?" She asked
"Ohh, I just talked to those guys" she said and sat down next to me and Scarlett.
"You mean my brother?" I asked with an eyebrow raised.

"Yeah! I think he found out about your birthday present for him!" She said while getting something out of her bag.
"What present?" Scarlett asked as she looked up.
"She's looking for perfume for Jake" Amanda answered for me.
"I gotta go!" I rolled my eyes , quickly standing up, as I watched Aidan walk pass me and catching a whiff of his smell, after everything that I went thorough this morning I know it must be him, but the small whiff helped me be sure that I was right.

Thinking about it now it all added up...
Him moving into a little town in the middle of nowhere, hunting on my territory and his smell  being all over the woods, my brothers room and now I can smell him directly.
I jumped out my seat and followed him to the back of the school, the closest exit to the woods. Is this enough evidence? Can I really confront another vampire without solid evidence?

After a couple of seconds of looking at the sky, without hesitation, without looking around to see if he has been followed or not, without smelling the air, he just ran straight into the forest... the speed was normal for a human, nothing inhuman about him just yet.
I ran after him in my normal speed just like he did. From afar he doesn't look anything special... at all, he's just a normal guy, running in the forest during lunch period.
"Come on!" I mumbled. Do something!!
As I watched and mumbles my target took what almost looked like a single step, and disappeared.
"What the...!?" I asked myseld, looking around
Where did he go? I ran to the spot where he was standing a minute ago. I looked around again and stopped in the middle of the tree circle that he disappeared in the middle of.
I had this weird feeling, is he like me or not? Did he just disappear like that , without me noticing in time? Was he that strong? That fast? That old?
"Agh god damn it!" I said it out loud
Why I'm I obsess with finding someone like me ? Why do I want to get his secret out so bad? Maybe because he knows who I am and I'm the weird stalker here! Maybe he wants to keep his identity... maybe I would too.
While I was deep in though the wind blew into the trees making the red, orange and yellow leafs fall to my feet.
My hair flew behind me as I close my eyes. But yeah that shortly ended as I heard tree branches crack behind me.
I quickly  turned around to see a guy in a red hoody. He's hair was kind of sticking out but it was perfectly falling in his face, he had a half smile on his face as he looked up to me with sparkling blue eyes.

"Your looking for someone?" He asked putting his right hand in his hoody pocket.
"OHH MY GOD!" I said excitedly "I KNEW it!" I stepped backwords.
"No you didn't!" Aidan said crossing his arms and rolling his eyes.
"Uhh, yes I did!" I looked up at a tree and back at him Dramatically.
"No, you didn't! He furred up his brows, drawing them together.
"You don't even know what I'm talking about." I crossed my arms too, thinking I was smart...
"You talking about me being a blood sucking monster?" He raised his eyebrows "yeah, you didn't know that until seconds ago."
"Excuse me? You where my ..... Fifth guess" I said almost confidently.
"If it weren't for the "perfume", you would still think it's a random guy from your brothers friend group."

He was right, the perfume helped a lot.
"Hey! What you mean by "parfume"? I asked more confused by the minute.
"I don't have any on! It's just my normal smell , but because we can smell better than humans, the smell of other vampires are stronger than other smells." Aidan explained
"Ok, how do you explain the smell of Jason? He smelled like you!" I said crossing my arm again.
"I gave him my old hoodie" he stepped closer "so now he smells like me till he has a shower or sweats it off!" He looks pleased with his explanation.
"What about this?" I got the little cut out part of the hoody I've found the other day
"What the fuck??" He grabbed it from me "did you cut up my favourite hoodie?" He asked with wide eyes. (Does this guy wears anything els but hoodies?)
"You shouldn't have left it in the woods!" I said "now, if what your saying is true then what do I smell like?" I asked curiously.
"Vanilla and stawberry!" He answers super quick. "There's also a hint of the blueberry laundry detergent you mother uses, and the smell of your aloe Vera lip balm and perfume." He listed calmly.
"Wow" I smiled and took a smell of my hair but to my disappointment couldn't smell any of what he listed.
"Now! Why are you following me?" He asked, now with more annoyance in his tone.
"What? Why are YOU following ME?" I raised my voice
"OHH Kay , now who followed who to the woods at lunch time??" He asked sarcastically
"You were the one who hunted on MY territory!" I stepped closer
"I didn't see your name on it!" He chuckled
"I'm sorry "Aidan" I've been hunting there for almost 2 years!"I stepped closer again "I think I've made my point!"
"Well I'm here now so you can back off!" He stepped closer as well
"Bite me!" I whisper shouted
"Oh you would love that wouldn't you?" Aidan said with his silky voice
"Your a bigger dick than I thought!" I stepped back a bit
"Your stubborn" he stepped back too
"I was here first, your new! I'm the alpha!" I nearly shouted in confidence.
"The alpha is a male, and we're not wolfs!"
"You get my point, It's my hunting spot, get another one; and if you can't we'll though luck"
"OHH wow!!" He looked away from me then back "we should settle this like our ancestors would've, fight for it!" He put his hands in his pockets
"You know what, ok!" I said crossing my arm
"Ok! Tomorrow, here at midnight!" He pointed to the ground
"I'm in!" I moved my hip sightly to the left
"Good!"
"Good"
And as that we walked different ways back to the school.
