Meet Charlie Foster. He's not usually down to Earth most of the time you see him. He's either head down into his notebook doodling his feelings or staring into space not even trying to listen to the teacher (even when they're shouting at him). This is why his grades are failing. And they have no chance of improving. Charlie's mum, Lorraine, has had many conversations about the topic to him, but each one is as pointless as the last in his mind.
He needs professional support.
In my lesson, he didn't even bother looking the slightest bit interested.
Why should he though? If he's not interested, he's not interested so why does he have to fake? Because that's what people want. That's how they want him to act in order to become what their definition of 'normal' is. But Charlie is not one to give people what they want just for their own satisfaction. He's the one to tell people the truth such as what he thinks of them. And most of the time, they're classed as harsh opinions. But again, Charlie Foster is not one to give people what they want.
Until that one day. He met a girl on the roof about to jump.
"I wouldn't jump if I were you. It's going to hurt terribly".
