Shyness

Normal POV
You sat on the bus (school or city your choice) on your phone as you waited for it to close the doors and start moving when you felt the seat you sat on moved a bit indicating someone had sat next you. You looked to your side seeing (c/n) sitting there with headphones on and him staring at his phone, 'has he noticed me?', you thought to yourself as you shifted in your seat slightly. You and him never really talked to each other as often as you should have but you had known a few things about him and vise versa. As the doors closed you looked back at your phone and looked through (social media) aimlessly, suddenly you felt a gentle tap on your shoulder from where (c/n) sat, you looked his way and saw him wave a bit with a slight smile, you responded with the same and he went back to what he was doing, 'hmmmm funny, he's never really acknowledged my presence that way before.' You shrugged it off, blushing a bit as you realized you just got the smallest amount of him looking at you.
      You and him didn't really do much during your ride home but it just so happened that he lived near you and once  you both had gotten of of the bus you decided to just walk with each other, without the knowledge of the other. (Pretend you two live near each other if you don't.)
      Both of you walked side by side until you decided to try and lighten up whatever mood was there, "So.....how was your day?", you felt a bit dumbfounded but rolled with it, "Same as usual, boring and tiring. Nothing to spontaneous happened. How was yours?" "Same as yours but sitting next to loud and obnoxious people can sure kill a mood one has. I wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible.", you heard him let out a quiet breathy laugh as you smiled a bit, an awkward silence filling the void between you two again. 'What else should I do?!' You fiddled with your phone case as you thought of another topic to go on to. As you tried to think of one you didn't realize you had gotten to his house already until he spoke up, "Well I'll see you around (y/n)." "Y-yeah see ya (c/n)."
      Once you knew he had entered his home you quickly made your way to your own. Your face was covered in bright red and heat filled your once normal skin. What you didn't know was that once (c/n) made his way into his own home he too blushed bright red and had the same heated cheeks, 'Damn shyness!'
