Leaving

You were at such a young age but it seemed that someone was trying to take you out of this world sooner than you expected. Your body failed to keep you surviving and it was declined fast, but you didn't tell the one person you really cared for with all of your slowing heart, your boyfriend/husband (your pick) because you were afraid of him leaving you on your own, even though you knew he'd never do such a thing.
You started a new day, fresh from sleeping about to do your daily routine, until suddenly your legs locked up making you hit the carpeted ground with a loud 'Thump'. You held your head to stop the hurting sensation and tried to focus your now blurred vision. "(Y/n)! What happened?!" You looked up to see a blurry figure standing at the opened bedroom door, "Oh nothing (c/n), just a clumsy me tripping over air." You smiled as you tried to get up from the floor, your attempt going wrong as your body was too weak to pull itself up, your muscles were also declining. "You're just as clumsy as when I met you." He helped you up holding the back of your head gently, "Try to be more careful will you, I don't want to worry to much." "There's no need to do such a thing, I'll be fine.", you gave a small kiss on his cheek smiling reassuringly, "Alright, I'll see you later.", and off he went to work. "I hope I'll see you later.", you whispered.
You were off from work that day so you had time to rest your mind and cook for your boyfriend/husband when he arrived back home.
Timeskip~ (imagine what you do)
"I'm home!" You heard him shout, you were about to get up when your body felt 10 times heavier than normal, so you decided to stay down. "How was work." "Same as usual, nothing new." He came over to the couch where you were sitting and kissed your forehead, "Why are you burning up?", he said as he looked at your face which was paler, "I just got a fever today." "You sure? You feel really hot." "It's nothing. I'll go get your food." "No sit down, rest so you'll be better later." "No, I'm your girlfriend/wife, I can at least do something for your hard work today." You stood up slowly, luckily your muscles working a bit better than earlier. You were about to walk into the kitchen when you felt a pair of arms pull you back and your feet left the ground, him carrying you bridal style. "Hey! I need to get the food first." You say laughing as you poked his cheek lightly. "I can't let you get sick, you need to get better." He walked over to the couch and sat down with you on his lap and his arms securing you like a newborn baby. You snuggled into his chest and laid your head on his shoulder, he laid his head against the back of the couch and let one of his arms lay on your slightly extended legs. "I missed you today.", he whispered in your ear, "Me too." "Can we just rest right here for now? Forget the food." You chuckled lightly and nodded in agreement. "Sweet dream beautiful." "Good night love.", you responded, feeling your body give away, 'It's time to leave, isn't it?'
An hour later your body went limp and you opened your eyes enough to see your boyfriend/husband on the phone looking worried, you couldn't make out his words but you knew who he was talking to. He put a warm hand to your pale and cold face, "Please don't leave, keep fighting. The ambulance will be here soon.", but you couldn't hear a single word. "I love you.", you said with a drowsy tone in your voice, "I love you too.", you saw his mouth say, closing your eyes one last time you felt the warm embrace of him, one last time, and went to eternal sleep.
"You should have said something.", he whispered into your hair as your body laid limp and unmoving. On the ground were the papers to your doctor visits and the pills you took, and hid from him, spilled and scattered all over.
