Why cant it be real?

(Shane's POV)

Brittany was coming over my apartment.

(In this fanfic Shane never met Lisa just yet and still lives in the apartment that Shane and Lisa share in real life)

I was so nervous. She's my best friend but its still hard to tell someone something like this.

*door bell to rings*

I opened it and greeted Brittany into the apartment.

Brittany: hey Shane!

Shane: hey Brittany! Come one in!

Brittany walked in and I gestured for her to sit on the couch. I then sat next to her.

Shane: so Brittany...there's something I need to tell you....

Brittany: yah sure! Anything.

Shane: you know the YouTuber...Joey Graceffa right?

Brittany: of course! He's one of my best friends!

Shane: oh...ok. Well I met him for the first time about 3 days ago...and we did a video together...a dare video.

Brittany: sounds fun! Did something go wrong? You look upset or...like worried.

Shane: well...one of the dares was for me to kiss him. So I did.

Brittany smiled and giggled a bit.

Shane: I think I have a crush on him Brittany.

Brittany: oh. That's so cute!

Shane: really? You don't think it's weird?

Brittany: no of course not! Shane, we've been friends since high school. I've always known you we're gay and I'm supporting you all the way!

Shane: thanks Brittany! Your a great friend!

Brittany: no problem Shane!

I smiled and gave her a hug that lasted for about 3 seconds then we pulled away.

Shane: so...you want anything? something to eat...drink?

Brittany: actually...I've gotta head to Luke's house. We're shooting a music video.

Shane: oh ok...right now?

Brittany: yah....I have to be at his place by 1:00pm and it's already...

Brittany looked at her phone.

Brittany: 12:50.

Brittany got up off the couch and walked towards the door. She turned around

Brittany: hey Shane...?

Shane: yah?

Brittany: Good luck with Joey.

Shane: thanks.

I was blushing a little.

Brittany left, got into her car and drove off.

Shane: should I call him? Yah...I think I should.

Stay calm Shane...you can do this.

(Joeys POV)

Why couldn't it be real? That dream. It felt so real. I wish it was

As I was lying in bed, thinking about the most amazing stem ever...I got a phone call.

It was Shane...

Joey: hello?

Shane: hey Joey! Umm.. I was thinking...Wanna hang out today? I kinda need to tell you something...it's important.

Joey: yah sure! How bout you come over my place?

Shane: is Swayer home?

Joey: no...he went to the gym.

Shane: ok...we kinda need to be alone for this so that's good.

Shane: so what time?

Joey: now is good.

Shane: ok, see you soon then!

Joey: you too! Bye

We hung up.

Could this be my chance? To tell Shane how I feel about him?

This was it...I was finally going to tell Joey how I felt. It's only been about 3 days since we've met but...these feelings are just too strong.
