As the sun shined through the metals bars and the brick window into the room I woke up blinking a few times my stomach ached in pain from the feeling of hunger I believe the door opened
"Your awake EL.004" he said in a small smooth voice. I stared at the man in the white gown he opened his mouth to say more words
Dr.M: nice to see you my names Doctor Mariano
he said quietly
Without thinking my mouth opened without my permission
El: I wish I could say the same to you
I said harshly I didn't regret it.
I opened my mouth again
El: where am I
I said
Dr.M: your in a place called the school a place where you would stay a place you would call home now get dress for lunch you disgusting pest
he said harshly and walked out of the room in the small dresser next to my bed was an orange jump suit with a number on it EL.004 the number the man called me I asked my self
El: is this my name
without hesitation I put the orange suit in and reached for the cold door knob and opened the door it was only a one way hall way with many doors with number and letter and colors and the floor was smooth with patterns black and white repeating it's self as I opened the the door and walked in many kids my age was eating food that didn't look normal the same man in the white gown approached me and whispered
Dr. M: This is your home now so if I were you I would get use to it quick
I shivered from his warm breathed upon my ear he shoved me to a seat i know the why he hates me so much I guess it because I'm different cause I'm not human
