I didn't answer back my eyes started to tear up and legs started to droop a little and Nani finally noticed I completely stopped watching my clear salty tears but the dusty ground

I shook my head no and looked up he wiped my tears with his warm soft hands and I looked down he grabbed in to my hands and kneeled down making his back face toward me I stood there for a solid minute making Renji and Gazi face toward us I jumped on his back as he stood up and laid my head on his shoulder
Nani pov
I could feel her little cold tears hit my shoulder as I stood up Gazi gave me an assuring smile while Renji getting used to the point that me and El...are pretty close friends. I started walking a pretty decent pace right behind the two I felt her little hands squeezed my shoulders
El: Nani are we there yet?
Nani: no were not
Time past as we entered a broken down city circle
Gazi looked up and soon Renji did the same and I followed looking at a man and a women holding hands as a rope hold tight around there necks
El pov
I felt Nani squeezed my lower thigh and I shot up from his shoulder looking up I saw a women and a man holding hands as the rope cradle their necks tightly saw mostly skeletal bones it was one and only my parents
Nani let go of me and I walked up to the steps looking up as the wind blew the two body followed not breaking the strength of their hands
I didn't break a tear this time I just stood there looking forward as there cold broken eyes looked down upon my dull blewish greenish eyes
I waved them off I could hear there foots steps fade away
El: mama poppa I'm alive we could've been together but all you saw was...
I stopped in my tracks as anger over took me balling up my fist ass the little bits of rocks began to swirl around my feet and the pace quickens I looked finished my sentence
El: all you saw... WAS MONEY
And the little pebbles began to shoot in different direction until I realized my friends aren't far and it stopped

I lost my breathe as my chest started to tighten I clenched my teeth and balled up fist tears rolled down my face

I kept screaming at the deceased it's true keeping me in that school wasn't keeping me safe I'd rather die in the war with them than laying up in that so called school I walked away as the wind started to blow harder knocking the bodies over as they stood in that very spot letting go of each other i motioned my hands making the hands hold together even tighter turning around and walking away in the path I came from

I said in a cold voice walking past them tension filled the air once more which didn't bother me I walked behind them as Nani walked beside me trying to cheer me up until I reach the used to be mine home I walked up to the room slamming the door shut with the motion of my hands dropping to my knees and screaming in the palm of my hand making everything in the room fly and crash into the walls making the window crack from the scream
And it continued until Lalia came to soothe me down with her hum as the temper continued she did nothing but hum and it calmed me down I laid there in the broken pieces of glass with my eyes closed and drifting to sleep not knowing what my parents really meant until I found a note under the pink carpet
