HAJIME POV

Why do they care so much...?
That question repeated in my head as I wiped my tears away, making sure no one saw. They probably still thought I was asleep. And you'd think that if I lost my memory like they said, I wouldn't remember stuff like cutting from before, but I do remember... some things. I think....
I heard the others talking about it... why does it matter so much to them? I'm just a miniscule piece of a puzzle with too many pieces to count. Just a small part of this huge world.  That's what Izuru-nii told me. That's all I believe.  It's the truth.
I must've been stuck in my thoughts for a bit because the pink haired girl came up and hugged me.  What was her name..? Chiaki..? I think so. But she hugged me, making me jump.
"Hajime," she said,  sighing sadly. "Do you really remember... nothing..?" I thought I'd answered this before. Whatever. "I remember certain,  unimportant things," I answered.
"Are you sure?" Ko inquired. I tilted my head in confusion. "Yes...?"
     "Unimportant?"
     "Yes..."
     "Like what? "
     "Things I used to do..."
     "Like?"
     "Hang out with you...?"
"Is cutting yourself unimportant..?" This question shocked me,  that's the easiest way to explain it. I heard their conversation before,  but so soon..?
"Uh... uhm... I uh...." My face turned a dark shade of red,  tears welling into my eyes. "I-I'm sorry...." I had started crying without realizing it.  Everyone stared in utter disbelief.
Kazuichi..? Yeah,  Kazuichi put a hand on my shoulder, making me jump in surprise. "Hey, hey,  hey,  why're you apologizing?" I twitched,  confusion growing on my face. I then saw Ko step up,  taking a deep breath.
"This isn't your fault, " he put his hands on my shoulders,  reassuringly.  Then,  each person started rambling off other comments like that,  making me feel better. I smiled a bit as I slowly stood up,  wobbling a bit and catching the attention of every person there.
"I uhm.... I have a sort of... plan... you could say. I have an idea on how to g-get rid of           I-Izuru-nii..." My breath was caught in my throat when I said his name.  Everyone nodded and Chisa, I think it was,  stepped up and smiled proudly.
"Then I shall lead the way to the classroom!"
