Trek in the Mountains

Chapter 1

A group of 5 foreign hikers trekked the mountains near a countryside. The mountains were famous for their geographical location and it was also rumored to be a place where some paranormal activities happen. But the hikers didn't mind the rumors told to them by the villagers living near those mountains, so they continued. Hours came by and they encountered a cabin with an old man living on it. The old man stopped them and pleaded them to not continue their trek because of unkown conditions that may happen to them, especially when he knew that those people were not of their place. But, again, the hikers didn't mind the words of the old man for they don't believe in stuff like that to exist.

As they continue the trek, they saw some crows flying from the coniferous trees. There are also moments when the calm breeze turn into gusty winds. The hikers were now disturbed of the eerie feeling as they walk further in the mountains. It was already sunset when they prepared their tents and suddenly, they heard a loud howl from the woods near the place they camped. At first, they became vigilant and 2 of the five hikers chose to stay up the whole night. After the first few hours of the night, the 2 hikers felt comfortable until when they again hear the howl but now it was nearer to them. One of them went near to the place where the howl was heard then suddenly........to be continued.
