Donghyuck's POV:

Sunday, everyone's favorite day, right?

Aha, no.

The day actually went by smoothly, me and Narae exchanged our daily savage comments, but then he had to show up again, and I'm pretty sure everyone knows, who I'm talking about.

Honestly, I didn't see why she didn't break up with him, love really does make you blind, huh?

"Hey dumbass." Narae took a seat beside me, and I rolled my eyes at her, but I was unable to remove the smile from my face.

"Sup loser?" Once again her parents gave us odd looks, but we both decided to ignore them, and I hadn't noticed before then, but they were both dressed up really nicely, which made me wonder if it was their anniversary.

Wait, I could find out, because for some reason the angel, who likes to be called the 'top' angel, also known as the angel who decided to kick me out of heaven, didn't take all my powers away from me.

Stupid, am I right?

What powers I still had left; I didn't know, I hadn't used them much since I met Narae, but I knew I could find information about a person just by looking at them, which was what I did.

My eyes scanned her father as my brain started progressing all the weird facts I didn't have to know until I finally found out that today was in fact their anniversary.

"Happy anniversary." Narae's mom looked stunned at me, and so did the girl sitting beside me, by her expression I could tell that she, herself, had forgotten about her parents anniversary.

After choking out a small 'happy anniversary', her attention turned to me once again, and she didn't even have to ask the question as she was an open book.

My eyebrows moved up quickly, and I let my fingers wriggle in her direction, only earning an eye roll from her.

"How did you know, Donghyuck? Did we tell you?" Her dad asked me, looking at me just as stunned as her mom, and I bit back a smirk, nodding my head.

"Yes, you did inform me about your anniversary, you also told me that we were going to be alone most of the afternoon because you are going on a date." They totally didn't tell me that, but that was one of those extra things I got from scanning her dad.

Being an angel was amazing, unfortunately, I messed everything up.

From the corner of my eye, I saw Narae's squint her eyes in my direction, her face scrunching up as well, and I snapped my head in her direction, sticking my tongue out at her.

"Well, since we don't have to explain anything, we'll leave now, eat up kids and don't leave the house." Even though I probably was stronger than her parents, they still scared be a tiny bit when they were as strict as they were, and I quickly nodded my head at her dad's words.

You were probably wondering when Haneul was going to come into the picture right?

Just wait.

After eating which went by pretty smoothly as well with only a few savage comment here and there, like;

"You eat like a pig, eat like a lady." The fun thing about this was, that it was Narae, who told me that.

Then after eating the dinner, the dishes had to be done, and what's better than two kids, who are stubborn as hell?

"Rock, paper, scissors?" As childish as it was, we both stretched out our arms, and the competition began.

It shouldn't turn into a competition, but it somehow did.

"Hey, you cheater! You can't change it!" Narae's voice was really loud as she exclaimed that, and I felt a sudden pain in my arm where she hit me, I sent her a glare, pushing her back lightly.

"You know what? I'll just wash the dishes, you do your angel stuff!" With one last push to my chest, she turned around to the sink, immediately turning on the tap, and I rolled my eyes, quickly stepping up beside her.

I saw her bite down on her lip, trying her hardest not to smile as she nudged me to the side slightly, giving her more space to wash, and I did the same.

"Hey, I'm actually trying to do the dishes!" A small giggle like laugh left her as she scooted closer to me to be able to finish washing the plate, but I only let a smirk appear on my face, and I scooped up some foam.

A horrified expression formed on her face as I showed her my hand, a grin on my face, and after taking a few steps back, she held her hand up in front of her.

"I swear, if you do anything I'll kill yo-" The small bubbles covered her, and I let out a muffled laugh as I covered my mouth with my hand.

I should've seen it coming that she would do the same, and just as I was about to scoop some more into my hand, a knock on the door was heard, making both of us turn towards it.

"Who could that be?" Her question made me shrug, before I quickly dried my hands with a cloth, and I made my way towards the door.

Now he came into the picture.

As soon as I opened the door, my eyebrows raised as I looked at the slightly shorter boy with a bouquet of flowers, and he seemed just as stunned to see me.

"What the hell are you doing here?" At those harsh words, I raised my hands, and he pushed himself into the house, knocking me into the wall slightly, heading towards the kitchen as the water still was running.

"Donghyuck, who was at the do- Haneul.. Hey." Her voice was the only thing I could hear, and I quickly made my way towards the two, not wanting them to start fighting again.

But Haneul was already pissed.

After quickly glancing at the flowers, they were thrown to the floor, and he took a step in Narae's direction, making my protective side appear.

Before he even got the chance to get a grip of her wrist, I had gripped his, not wanting him to even lay a finger on my best friend, and I glared at him as he turned to look at me.

"Do not touch her."
