The hooded figure wasn't wrong In Na wasn't gone long. Instead of heading to the hangout the girl went to one of her old regular places and in the morning when she went to leave she literally bumped into Jin on the street.

In Na demanded a due over and tried a different place, but still encountered Jin when a trio of drunken jerks approached her on her way home. As she was saved by her shining knight In Na found herself back at the white room.

"You can keep trying this and keep coming right back here, or you can try something new," they suggested.

In Na was furiously pacing the small room with her hands knotted in her hair as her eyes just grew wider and wider with panic.

"Shut up!" she yelled.

The hooded figure stood from their lounging position on the floor and approached her.

"Are you ready to call it quits?" they asked.

The girl stopped pacing and snapped, "No! I'll find a way to save Jin. I have to."

"Why?" they challenged.

"Because they need him," she replied.

"What about you?"

"What about me? The others need Jin to stay together and survive," she shot back.

"Don't you love him? Need him yourself?" they said.

"Yes," she answered slowly.

"Then why do the others matter at all?" they queried.

"Because they are everything to Jin," she answered.

"So what is your plan then?" they asked.

In Na bit her lip as she glanced around not wanting to give the answer the figure was waiting for.

"You know the answer to save Jin don't you?" she said.

They nodded.

"Why is it only that way?"

"Because life just isn't fair especially when we're not suppose to exist," they answered.

"We? Who are you?" she questioned.

The figure shifted from one leg to the other as they crossed their arms. In Na could feel the atmosphere grow heavy like she was back in high school and she could hear her parents fighting on the other side of her bedroom door.

"I'm a sin," they replied.

"I don't get it," she said.

They reached up for their hood and as they drew it back they said, "I am the result of you loving Jin."

Beneath the hood was a face In Na knew too well, and it twisted her heart in the most painful way. She was staring at herself.

Wiping the tears that had sprung free In Na said, "So it really was that wrong, and they say love is innocent."

"Nothing is innocent when you were never destined to be born," her sin said.

"Then how am I here?" In Na questioned.

"The world is not perfect. Mistakes do happen," they replied.

"Why are you in control of Jin's afterlife?"

"Who else knows him well enough to create a world where he can be happy," they said.

Nodding she sighed, "I guess you're right."

Watching her own face speak back at her was strange, but In Na's life had gone too topsy-turvy that she couldn't feel the shock anymore.

"Now what?" the sin inquired.

"You know what," In Na said.

"Yes I do, but are you just going to jump right on that? After everything you've gone through are you just going to skip to the end?" they challenged.

In Na dropped to her knees, tears slowly streaming, heart throbbing painfully. Was she just going to march off to the end? Her fight over even though it felt like she had just begun. What more could she do? What was left?

"Can I have one last dream?" she asked.

"Excuse me?" the sin laughed.

"It doesn't have to be real, or long. Just a dream. Is that too much?" she said.

"A dream of what?" they inquired amused.

"If there was no accident," she answered.

"That's it?"

In Na nodded.

"Then you'll accept the end?"

She nodded again.

"Good girl," they clapped.
