If your chapter is a real tearjerker, then this contest is for you.
This is a contest for all the chapters that have a very sad moment. You know, the ones where your readers comment "WHYYYYYYYYY?!?!?!?!" "I'm literally broken right now." "I'm crying onto my phone" you know, the ones that cause all the dramatics.
Does one of your chapters have:
-Death of a loved one
-Relationship breakup
-Receiving bad news
All submission worthy send them this way, please note, you don't have to use one of these ideas you can be more creative with your reasons, we love uniqueness.
Books do not need to be completed
All genres welcome.
This contest will be judged on how well you connect with the reader and pull on their heartstrings.
You do not need to have perfect spelling and grammar but chapters do need to be in English and should be easily readable.
The contest will only judge the chapter you have selected for submission.
Deadline:
You can enter from now until all 50 entries have been filled or until 48hrs have passed. The winner will be announced at the end of the week.
How to enter:
Please read carefully, there will be no reminders. If you do not complete step 2 correctly, you will be disqualified.
Step 1: Comment your title and the chapter you want to enter. I've given up on numbering, it doesn't seem to be working the way I want so I guess I will just allocate numbers in the replies.
Wait until you get confirmation that your submission has been entered. When I comment Entered' you will know you have been given a spot this week.
If you don't get a spot, you don't need complete the next two steps.
Step 2: You will have 48hrs to go and follow blanksheet_of_life and comment on The Perfect Kiss for Donna Waters in Here you Go: A Collection of Garbage and Other Things.
Step 3: When you have completed step 2, reply to your entry 'Followed and commented'
I check this step so don't try and cheat.
