((This one is less smutty, more fluffy and shorter but don't worry, more to come 😜))

*Friday*

Dan had left his house early that morning, probably earlier than he really needed to. He had his bag with him, wearing what he decided looked the most decent after taking way too long to decide. The air was frigid and clouds kept rolling in, but he didn't care. He bounce his leg impatiently the whole train ride, constantly checking his phone as the signal went in and out. He was seeing Phil today. Actually seeing him in real life, with his own eyes and he almost thought he was still daydreaming every time the thought retraced itself back to the front of his brain. He tried as best he could to put his nerves aside; he didn't want his anxiety and awkwardness coming up at the worst times potentially ruining things, he felt like it always did. Little did he know, Phil wouldn't notice, he wouldn't care.

The train pulled into the station as he took several deep breaths. Phil had told him what he'd be wearing so he could find him easily, but Dan knew he'd recognize him immediately anyway. He already knew Phil would stand out in a crowd of a thousand people to him.

Dans thoughts were racing at a ridiculous rate as he pondered all that this meant to him. He'd known from so early on that he wanted to be with Phil, and it had progressed into something so much more. He loved everything Phil had to offer, every little laugh and smirk, every joke and every dream. Dan let his mind run wild with fantasies of the future, desperately hoping this would never end. He kept scaring himself thinking about what would happen when Phil got close to him, discovering all his insecurities and issues, or his past. He tried his best to shrug it off, reminding himself of all the times Phil had said he loved him.

Dan stepped out onto the platform, using every ounce of effort he had to present himself as confidently as possible, even though it wouldn't last long. He made his way in, keeping his head down for the most part, avoiding eye contact with everyone else in the room. Then he looked up and there he was. Phil was standing about 20 feet away, hands in his pockets as he looked around aimlessly. Dan stood back and admired him for a moment; his legs were so goddamn long and he was even paler than he initially thought. His hair was kind of a mess, but looked good nonetheless. 'That's really him,' Dan thought to himself, his stomach twisting up in knots as his heart raced. He began walking slowly, then faster and he couldn't help himself from almost running. Phil finally turned his gaze in Dans direction, his face bursting with emotion and then they collided. Dan wrapped his arms around Phil's neck, holding on tight as Phil pulled him in close.

Dan felt tears stinging his eyes, purely from joy and some kind of relief. He kept his face buried in Phil's neck for a minute, not caring who was looking or what anyone thought. "Hi," Phil said, smiling uncontrollably as he held both of the younger boys hands. "Hey," Dan breathed out, tilting his head slightly to look up at Phil. He blushed and his pulse was out of control as his boyfriend leaned down to kiss his cheek. "Should we go?" Phil asked sweetly. His voice was even deeper in person, but Dan wasn't complaining. He nodded quickly and Phil led him towards the other side of the building as rain started pouring down above them.

The two boys reached Phil's house, Dan nearly tripping over his own feet as they came up to the door. Phil was still smiling to himself as he pulled his keys out, unlocking the door in front of them. "Oh, my parents aren't home, by the way," Phil muttered, pushing the door open and carrying Dans things inside, "they'll be gone for three days." Dan's eyes lit up with excitement and a glint of fear, smirking slightly as he followed Phil inside. "That's good, yeah?" Dan said, walking close behind Phil as they walked down the hallway towards his bedroom. Phil hummed in agreement, setting Dans bag down next to his bed. His room was small like Dans was, a small desk sat across from the bed with a beat up computer on it; lots of posters plastered the walls, and all of Phil's clothes were shoved into a corner.

Phil moved towards Dan slowly, taking both of his hands again as he backed the boy up against the wall. "I can't believe you're really here," Phil sighed, biting his lip before looking to the side, messing with his hair nervously. "Me, too, I.. I already never wanna leave," Dan said softly, feeling his back hit the cold wall sending shivers through his body. Phil leaned in and kissed him gently, both of them going slowly, feeling each other's movements as happy sighs got caught in between their lips. Phil tasted like peppermint and his lips were softer than anyone else's Dan had ever felt before. His pulse quickened as it was telling him to be worried, and he wasn't sure if it was right. He was in this position now, back against the wall and Phil on the other side, and he was completely melting. He worried for the time to come when things would go further, and he knew it would very soon. He put it aside for now, lost in complete euphoria. Dan put his hands on Phil's shoulders, pulling him in closer as their chests and stomachs made contact. Their kiss had deepened and gotten faster; Dan bit Phil's lip playfully, becoming more needy as Phil put his hands on Dan's hips. "Mm, I love you.. so much, you know?" Phil mumbled, running his fingers through Dans hair and earning a shudder when his fingers brushed over his neck. "I love you, t-too.." Dan whispered, nuzzling into Phil's neck, knowing his confidence was crumbling. He wasn't even sure he cared anymore. He wanted to stay this way, with Phil, forever as long as he lived. He knew things were going to get more intense, and that he'd experience things he never had before; he admitted to himself that he'd be terrified if it were anyone but Phil. "You're so sleepy, bear.. I can tell," Phil said gently, giggling a little as he stroked Dans hair. Phil couldn't stop staring, Dan was possibly even more beautiful than he thought; he looked so young and pure; he was slightly tanned, which somehow suited him for whatever reason, tiny freckles dotted underneath his eyes, he was so small and his smile was enough to send butterflies crazy in Phil's stomach. Dan nodded; it was getting dark out already and the ride there had taken a lot out of him, solely because of the excitement he'd felt all day. "Mmhm.. sleep together?" Dan said sleepily as he clung to Phil; his voice sounded so innocent and soft, his eyes were lidded and glossy as he looked up and Phil felt himself falling deeper. "Of course together, cmon," Phil said, leading Dan to his bed after shutting the lights off. They both pulled their shoes off and climbed in, and if Dan hadn't been so tired he was sure he wouldn't be able to contain everything he felt. "You're really here with me, I'm so lucky.. never wanna let you go," Dan mumbled as Phil played with his hair, lulling him further into sleep. "I hope you never do," Phil said, his voice soothing and low. They exchanged more and more 'I love you's' before falling asleep in each other's arms, the rain finally giving up as clouds rolled in above them.
