Female 1:

What do you think they're planning?

Female 2:

When it comes to males, I have no idea.

Male 2:

So, who's going to tell them?

Male 1:

You.

Male 2:

No, you will.

*Male 1 and 2 go back and forth for one whole minute*

Female 2:

Someone please tell us why we're here, or we'll just leave.

Male 2:

So dominating... Makayla, please go with Drey. Yvette, please come with me.

Female 1:

Why?

Male 1:

Don't worry, we're not going to kill you guys. Just take out hands and we'll lead the way, separate ways just so you know.

Female 1:

Oh, we hope not.

Male 2:

Here we are... What do you think?

Female 2:

Did you just decorate our tree house that we've had since we were little?

Male 2:

I shouldn't have, huh? Ugh, I knew I should have been more romantic when it comes to these things. I'm just a guy who doesn't know-

Female 2:

How to shut up? What you did is beyond romantic. I love how you put our past in it and I most certainly love how you tried to make me feel content.

Male 2:

I'm glad that you love it... Because I had a speech memorized but just forgot it. So, I'm just going to roll with it.

*Female 2 laughs*

Yvette, I have had feelings for you since we started high school, because you changed drastically and made me see the real you. Everything that you've done and do makes me feel proud that we are as close as we are... What I'm trying to say is... Will you be my girlfriend?

Female 2:

I thought I had to do the work.

Male 2:

What?

Female 2:

You're not the only one who has feelings for their best friend. I started having a crush on you in middle school, but when we got into high school I realized it wasn't just a crush. It was strong feelings.

Male 2:

So, you feel the same?

Female 2:

Of course, I feel the same, you dimwit! And of course, I'll be your girlfriend! I wouldn't pass it for anything else.

Male 2:

As your boyfriend, I feel proud to be your first kiss.

Female 2:

Who said you were my first kiss?

*Male 2 growls*

~MEANWHILE~

Female 1:

Okay, this is officially creepy to me. You blindfolded me about five minutes ago, yet we're still walking.

Male 1:

I thought you were patient?

Female 1:

I am! It's just, this never happened to me before.

Male 1:

Good, because I hope this takes your breath away.

*Male 1 unblindfolds Female 1 to show her the scenery*

Female 1:

Oh, my goodness, Drey! What are you...?

Male 1:

I plan on asking you to be my girlfriend. Because you are one heck of a girl! I asked you to Homecoming because I had a crush on you. Now, I have more than a crush on you. Makayla, my feelings for you are stronger than I can describe. I know it took me a while to tell you this, but I was waiting for the right time. That time is now: in the starry night, in the City of Love, and days away from leaving this place. I had a little help but most of it was all me.

*Female 1 laughs*

Female 1:

Oh, I bet.

Male 1:

So...

*Male 1 starts getting on one knee and takes out a ring box*

Female 1:

I hope you're not getting on that one knee with a ring box just to propose to me. Because my definite answer would be "no."

Male 1:

What? No! I'm not proposing, I'm promising... I promise to always be there for you, whether you need it or not. I promise to cherish every day we spend together, whether it's good or bad. I promise to never put you down and to always believe in you. I promise to love you through thick and thin, to always be yours. And I promise to never let you go no matter the circumstances.

Female 1:

...You are so lucky I don't wear make-up; I'm crying so hard right now because I feel the exact same way. And, yes, I'll be your girlfriend!

*Male 1 sighs in relief while Female 1 wipes her eyes free of tears*

Male 1:

I wander how I'm going to top a wedding proposal?

Female 1:

Don't you think you're jumping too far into the future?

Male 1:

No, because I did promise to never let you go.

Female 1:

Male 1:
