Male 1:

So would you say you had the best Homecoming ever?

Female 1:

I wouldn't say that because I have no other Homecomings to compare this one with. But I would say that tonight is one of the best times I've had... It kind of helped with the sorrow.

Male 1:

What sorrow?

Female 1:

I said that out loud?

Male 1:

Why do you feel sorrow?

Female 1:

It's not important. Don't worry about it.

Male 1:

If it had something to do with you, then it is important and I am going to worry no matter what. Please tell me. It might help to tell someone.

Female 1:

On June 18, 2011 my great-great-grandmother died. She was 100 years old.

Male 1:

Wow...

Female 1:

Yeah, but then it became June 28.

Male 1:

Your birthday.

Female 1:

And her funeral... Yeah, I know. That day changed my life. I don't like my birthday anymore.

Male 1:

What do you mean you don't like your birthday anymore?

Female 1:

I don't like celebrating it. I fake happiness for the sake of others. It's now just another day.

Male 1:

Is there any way to make you not feel sorrow anymore?

Female 1:

No.
