S E V E N

So it turns out that her mother got into a car accident on her way home from her night shift. Poor Madi she must be dying. Her family is just leaving her little by little.Her father died when she was three, her brother is missing and may also be dead, her mother died on her freaking birthday! Who ever was their guardian angel must have really done a bad job.

She never had a party she was way to devasted to celebrate her date of birth. For the past three days she has been living with her Aunt Diana and her cousin Sean. Technically, Diana isn't her Aunt, but she was best friends with her mother and basically spent most of her childhood with her.

She barely speaks to me now, or to anyone actually. All she does is stay in her room and cry. Her beautiful face is always covered with dry tears and seeing her like this upsets me. I have been sleeping next to her every night mostly because she asked me, and I find it adorable how she craddles in me like a little doll.

I wake at 2:55 a.m to see that Madilyn isn't next to me. "Madi!" I whisper yell and I don't hear her respond. I see her bathroom light on so I immediately rush to the door, "Madilyn. Are you okay kitten?" I just hear her continue crying. Well I guess I am an angel for a reason, I walk through the door to see Madi bleeding.

"Madilyn Quinn Reed!! What on her Earth are you doing!!??" I say bending down to clean her wrist, which is cut up all the way to half her arm. "Princess look at me." She obeys and smiles at the nickname I gave her. "Why are you doing this to yourself? I know you are stressed, and I know you are going through alot right now, but that gives you no right to go and hurt yourself like this."

"What's the use?" Is all she says. "The use of life? Madi you have so much to live for. You are only seventeen, you haven't experienced much of life yet to say that. Killing yourself is never an answer people need you. Bella, Josie, Diana, and m-me, they need you. Princess I need you, I-I love you."

As soon as I say that I see a sparkle in her eyes. "You do?" She tells me, of course I do!! "Madilyn I have loved you since the day I first saw you. As you got older I started to love you more and I started to see who you were and I loved that person."

And with that I kissed her. It was a gentle kiss, I wanted her to believe me. Her lips felt so soft against mine and I brought her closer to me. When we pulled away I wiped her tears away and finished cleaning her arm. She just kept staring at me and I wondered if that was a good thing.

"Let's go my love, you need your beauty sleep." I carry her again bridal style to her bed and lay her down. I cuddle in next to her and she hugs my chest. "Good night princess."

"Good night Justin." She finally says. After a while of our silence, "I love you too." She says falling asleep.

A/N

Okay so I bet you are wondering where the witchcraft is in this book, well hold your horses I'm getting to it. (In the next chapter hint hint)
