Ian's Pov

After the disaster at dinner I decided to just go home. I walked in my apartment and put everything up before heading to the shower.

I couldn't believe Fiona brought up Mickey. It's been two years since he left but, that doesn't mean I haven't thought about him. He's constantly on my mind.

I wonder what he was doing. If he has moved on and is with someone else. Although thinking of Mickey with someone else made my heart hurt. I didn't like the thought of him being in love with another girl any better.

Pulling on my pajama pants I got in bed and stared at the ceiling. I thought about the past. I remember when Mick came out and told everyone he was gay. I had felt proud of him for stepping up and not hiding anymore.

He had always said what was on his mind, fuck the consequences. I'd admired him for his brutal honesty. I lied in my bed going over the memories when my phone started ringing.

"Hello" I breathed answering.

"Ian? Ian it's me Mandy" she said. I was so shocked to her her voice that I quickly sat up in my bed.

"Mandy, its been forever" I said smiling.

"It has. I've missed you" she spoke.

"Yeah me too. Why are you calling me?" I asked curious.

Its been forever since I'd last talked or seen her. Last time we met she was in some trouble and I helped her out. She had told me that she was working as an escort.

"I'm getting married and I wanted to invite you to the wedding" she spoke excited.

"Wow! That's surprising" I laughed.

"I know but, I really want you to come. Your family to me Ian" Mandy said.

"Where's the wedding?" I questioned.

"It's in Dallas, Texas. I know it's kind of far and sudden but, I was thinking you'd come down. I won't have much family there only Izzy and Mickey so I need someone to keep me sane" she spoke but, I didn't hear anything after she spoke his name.

"M-Mickey's coming?" I asked shocked.

"Yeah, he's going to walk me down the aisle" Mandy said.

"That doesn't sound like him" I mumbled.

Him and Mandy used to always fight. It was rare to see them actually acting like brother and sister. Though they'd always protect each other if needed.

"He's changed, Ian. I understand though if you don't want to come because of what happened between you two" she sighed.

I was actually feeling the total opposite. I was kind of excited and nervous to see him again.

"No, I'm coming. I'll buy a ticket and fly down there tomorrow, okay" I told her.

"Thank you. I can't wait for you to get here and meet Anthony. He's a really good guy" she said happily.

It was a tone that I've never heard from her. Where we came from people were rarely ever happy with their life. The only time they were was when they was drinking.

"I wanna meet the guy that managed to tame a Milkovich, it's pretty hard to do it" I laughed.

"You'd know" she giggled.

"Yeah, well I don't think anyone can tame Mickey. He's one of a kind" I sighed.

"Actually he's pretty mature now. I guess he's grow up" Mandy said.

"That's something I'd like to see" I spoke.

"Ian you really don't have to come if being around him is too much. It may have been two years but, what you and Mickey had was pretty serious" she said knowingly.

"We were teenagers, Mandy" I sighed.

"So, that doesn't change the fact that it was love" she told me.

"When did you become so romantic?"I asked.

"It's been a while. I can't wait for you to come down here" she cheered.

"Yeah well it'll be good to see you. Now I have to go to sleep. I'll see you tomorrow" I breathed.

"Alright, bye" Many said hanging up.

I put my phone on the dresser and lied back. I was excited to see Mandy but, I was also nervous to see Mickey.

He used to be everything to me and truthfully he still was. Time hasn't killed what I feel for him. I was still in love with the Milkovich.
