Mickey's Pov

"You ready for this?" I asked Mandy as she stood in front of the mirror.

I must admit she looked really beautiful in her wedding dress. I just couldn't believe my younger sister was getting married. It was something I thought would never happen. Not necessarily because of her but, how we grew up and where we came from.

"I've been ready" she breathed smiling.

"You look good. I'm proud of you" I told her.

"Thank you. I honestly never thought something like this could happen to me. I'm glad you and Ian are here Mickey" she said.

"I was suprised you aksed me" I chuckled.

"Your my closest brother and Ian is my only friend. Though I did have an ulterior motive" Mandy admitted.

"What was that?" I asked.

"I thought that if you guys saw each other again, you'd get back together. There was something about Ian that changed you. He made you better and I know you guys love one another. If we're being honest he was probably the only person you let get close to you. Not even Manuel can hold a candle to what Ian is to you" she told me.

"Yeah, well he was my first. There just something about Gallagher that makes him special" I sighed.

"I'm guessing my plan didn't work out" she spoke.

"Too much time has passed between us. I've moved on Mandy and I'm happy with Manuel" I said.

"Who are you trying to convince? Me or yourself?" she questioned. I didn't have time to answer her before there was a knock on the door signaling it was time.

"Come on, let's get your ass down that aisle" I breathed holding my arm out for her.

"You don't have to tell me twice" she cheered grabbing me. I led her out the doors and toward her future. If only mine was looking as bright as hers.

⏩⏩⏩

After the ceremony we all headed to the tent they had set up for the reception. Mandy wanted a small wedding so there weren't many people around. Most were on the dance floor but, I didn't care for it. I decided to just sit at my table and cast slight glances toward the red head standing at the open bar.

He looked relatively bored and just ready to leave which I hated. I might of acted like I didn't want him here but, like Ian said it was just pretend. I couldn't even describe the reaction my body had when I saw him for the first time after two years. As feminine as it sounds, it was like a piece of me was being replaced.

Ian was the only person that I could really show myself to. He just pulled that part out of me without really trying. I know that when he left he was going to take that piece of me away with him again and it would hurt like a bitch. Something about the Gallagher's just made it so hard for you not to get attached.

"You really suck at hiding your feelings or being inconspicuous" Manuel said sitting beside me. I pulled my eyes from Ian and turned to look at him.

This man had helped me out a lot over the last two years. I was a better person because of him which is why I felt like such a bastard for cheating.

"What are you talking about?" I asked.

"You know I'm not dumb Mickey. I've seen the way you were staring at him throughout the whole ceremony and now you are gazing at him longingly from over here" he sighed.

"He's leaving after the wedding" I mumbled not even denying what he said.

"And your just going to let him? You love him Mickey. Way more than me if you cheated on me with him" Manny spoke.

"I'm sorry" I breathed.

"Can't say I didn't suspect it would happen. I knew you were still in love with Ian from the moment he walked in. There was something different with you and Ian then there was with you and I. Also let's face it, you love getting fucked just as much as I do" he told me smiling.

"Manny-" I started but, he stopped me.

"I understand. You shouldn't let a second chance slip away Mickey because there's no guarantee there will be a third" he sighed before getting up and leaving. I watched as he disappeared through the crowd before returning my gaze to were Ian was.

I cursed when I noticed he wasn't by the bar anymore. Standing up I looked around frantically, and when I saw him leaving I hurried to follow him.

"Gallagher!" I called when I made it to the parking lot. He stopped in his tracks and turned around to face me.

"What do you want Mickey?" Ian questioned. I stepped forward until we were face to face.

"You don't get to walk away for a second time" I whispered before grabbing the back of his neck and dragging his mouth to mine.

"What about the twink?" he asked pulling away.

"It's over. I choose you, asshole" I said smiling.

"Fuck you Mick" he chuckled wrapping his arms around my waist.

"Fuck you Gallagher" I murmured kissing him again.

Manny was right, there was no guarantee I'd get a third chance so, I wasn't going to let Ian go. Instead I was going to work with him to mend Our Broken Heart.
