I was currently holding onto my tray filled with food, looking for a place to sit at. Today is Wednesday, and in this school, Wednesdays are always free days in Wooran high school. So, I wanted to grab that opportunity in the morning and eat my breakfast along with the hundreds of other students who decided the same. I noticed beforehand that no student was there with their warriors, and I decided that I wouldn't bring the boys (though I would have loved to) and mingle along the other mortals – Sehun had a knack in calling them that, and somehow it was starting to grow in me – apparently though, everyone ignored me like I'm the plague, and their loud whispers weren't really quiet at all. I could literally distinguish whatever they were saying, and I was growing irritated. I, the girl who doesn't become irritated so easily.
I wandered along the halls aimlessly, trying to look for a table where not all of them had students in them with their own clique of friends. But there was none, all of them seemed to do this on purpose (even if I was sure it was purely coincidence) I blew out a huff, and from the corner of my eyes, I could see the table of teachers as well. My eyes zoomed almost immediately to the Aura Adaptations teacher, and he was probably the only one who had his warrior out in the open. I wondered why he only had Suho out, and I wondered why Suho seemed like he was best friend with his Master, despite the cold aura he emitted around everyone. My eyes twinkled in mirth when I caught the ruby sweater he was still wearing, and I could literally see him burying his nose into it's turtle neck and sniffling it almost dreamily. I found myself blushing, because in spite of the ownership of that sweater which belonged to dad, that sweater was washed so many times by my own conditioner, and the smell on it was my own. I felt like he was sniffing me instead, and that caused my heartbeat to increase violently.
He then lifted his head and our eyes interlocked immediately, and I found my own eyes widen comically at that. He sent me a small smirk, snuggling his face more into the sweater with his eyes locked with mine. I blushed scarlet, and immediately rushed away to sit in a random place.
"What are you doing?" a shocked voice greeted me the moment I sat down, and when I looked up with equal shock, I found the cocky president girl looking up at me with mortification, her spoonful of rice hanging midair from her mouth. I blushed more, feeling the embarrassment creeping up my system when I realized I just crashed into her table from all places in the world.
"C.. can't I sit here?" I scoffed to appear bold, and shoved a spoonful of Kimchi soup inside my throat, looking elsewhere. I realized she was sitting alone, her table between the middle and corner of the cafeteria.
"No, of course you cannot! This is my table, I didn't invite you here, did I?" she hissed at me like a snake, shoving her spoon back into her bowl of rice and crossing her arms over her chest, a gesture of clear annoyance. I groaned lowly, planting my butt deeper into the seat, not finding it in me to look for another seat after I already sat down.
"Why do you want me out? You're alone in this huge table for six, and there are no other available seats. Let me be," I groaned again, eating my food like she doesn't even exist. I could feel her stare boring holes through my head, and I lowered myself in the seat so she would stop looking at me.
"I don't care, get out of my table!" she exclaimed, throwing a fist on the surface and causing our food to shake. I glanced at her with horror, finding her quite ridiculous to be acting like this over a single seat. I mean I get that she is kind of pissed at me for what Sehun did to her warrior, but it was a plain battle between classmates, she doesn't have to be so annoying like this. Beside, I'm only sitting here to eat my food, not to engross with her in various conversations. And the table isn't exactly hers nor is her name written on it. I found myself scowling at her and her defensive antics, and she only growled louder at me.
