Apple jack was admiring rainbow dash flying in the sky, watching her race in circles as she flew. They are close friends, and hey love to spend quality time together. Apple jack has more feelings than "like" for Rainbow, and Rainbow Dash doesn't know it.
"Look how graceful she flies." She thought. "She's so beautiful and unique. I just wanna ki-"
Suddenly, Rainbow Dash spotted AppleJack staring and admiring her body, as she blushed. She flew down to her and asked,
"What are you doing, applejack?"
"OH, uh... just um.. cloud gazing!" She lied.
Rainbow dash looked at her suspiciously.
"If you say so.." She replied, and walked away, going back to Pinkie Pie's party.
Applejack couldn't help but stare. She couldn't stop staring at Rainbow Dash's... Butt.
She blushed hard.
Rainbow Dash felt her stare and immediately turned her head to look AppleJack.
AJ waved, fighting her red rosey cheeks, and trying to keep away from embarrassing herself. Rainbow Dash continued walking away.
But then AppleJack realized that Pinkie was throwing a party, and rainbow dash was going to be there. After realizing that, she obviously wanted to come. To party, but also because RD was going to be there.

There applejack stood, at the party, drinking some punch at the food and drink table. Rainbow dash came up to get a snack. "Hey AJ! Glad you could make it." She said, as she got some snacks.
"Ehahaha! Ya, y-you too.." she strangely replied, doing 'that' smile, in a weird tone.
RD cringed. "Yeah.. okay. I'll see you later. Maybe meet me on the dance floor."
AppleJack thought when she said "dance floor" she meant she wanted to dance with her, not a random dance, but a slow one. She blushed and smiled, continuing to look at RD walk away.
Not so cringey this time, AppleJack ran up to her and said, "wanna dance with me? I am in the mood right now." Rainbow dash chuckled and blushed a bit, and took her hand. They ran onto the dance floor, and RD tried to burst into her moves.
AppleJack stopped her by putting one of her hooves on her shoulder and the other holding RD's hoof. She tried to start up a slow dance, and AJ blushed pure red as she was trying to do so. Rainbow Dash knew what was going on, and she blushed back. As they danced through the night, it was time to leave the party and go home.
AppleJack wished that moment didn't stop. She liked her so much she didn't want to let go of her hand. But Rainbow Dash ripped her hoof out of the other, and she waved goodbye as she flew back to cloudstale.
AJ did the same, and she went home, back to the barn, and dreamt about how RainbowDash and her could be possible partners one day.
