Personality: Intelligent and confident, Alana's worked for everything that she has. She likes to make sure everything is perfect, even when it doesn't need to be or it just can't be and gets impatient when it doesn't work out. Alana has an inquisitive mind and is always strategizing her next project, idea, or way to win. She's possessive when threatened, and isn't afraid to talk back when she feels disrespected. Alana is the type of girl who likes to shop a lot and always has the most in-style clothes. When she's done with a set of clothes, she'll donate them to charity.

History: Alana was born on the Phoenix (NCC-1782) to Captain Christopher Pike and Lt. Commander Ianthe Archer (Jonathan Archer's granddaughter). For the years that both of her parents were alive, they were serving on different ships, with her mom as the chief engineer on the Phoenix and her dad as the captain of the Enterprise. The family visited each other as often as they could until the destruction of the Phoenix and the death of her mother and sister. Alana survived the destruction since she was near the escape pods at the time, and lived with her dad for a few years before the delta radiation incident, which put her into a medically induced coma for years. After that, she lived on Earth for a year and then ended up on Enterprise, this time under Captain Kirk's wing and grew up on the ship. During high school, she started Starfleet Academy classes, intending to leave a legacy as most of her family had. She entered SFA early and graduated early, spending all four years as a cheerleader.

Kirk retired before her graduation and Alana ended up as the First Officer on the Enterprise. After a few years, she realized that she most likely wasn't meant to be an officer, and wondered how else she could leave her legacy. Alana transferred to San Francisco and worked for Fleet Command before they offered her the position of social media influencer since she had a large number of followers. They officially promoted her to Captain.

Timeline:
2258 | Alana born

2265, age 7 | Phoenix disappears

2266, age 8 | Dad has radiation incident. Yikes. Alana was with him. Double yikes. Somehow survived but they threw her in a medical coma to make sure she didn't have any bad effects after a little exposure to the radiation. But Dad got her out of there before anything irreversible happened.

2266-2279 | Medical coma. She ends up staying in the body and mind age of an eight year old. Her birthday is moved up so she can't legally drink too soon or anything, and the reason why gets buried.

2279-2280, age "9" | Lives with Jon and Em.

2280-2285, ages 9-14 | Follows Kirk around the galaxy.

2285, age 14 | Enters SFA.

2289, age 18 | Graduates at 18. Jesus, girl, but that was the OG

*Note: AP was officially introduced as one of my WP OCs for a rp n like 2017, so her backstory doesn't numerically work out. If you're gonna get all technical on me, my excuse is that "she was still really hurt in the explosion of the Phoenix and placed in a medical coma and cryogenically frozen like Kirk in Into Darkness. And then they woke her up in time for her to do SFA cheer, graduate at 18 (per the rp thing) and all that. Capiche?
