Dan's P.O.V

We arrived at LA finally. We all fell asleep but me and Phil made sure the girls were ok first.

Phil and Skylnn were awake and getting off the plane,I tried Waking Skylar up but failed. I  carry her out of the plane.

As I was carrying her people stopped and awed and some took pictures,I laughed at the people who awed at me carrying a 15 year old.

Skylar's P.O.V.

I woke up when we were all packed in the car Phil had rented,"ok so I just woke up and I already have a question,who the fuck carried me"

Dan laughed and raised his hand,"on my god, that must've been so embarrassing" I said face palming,"people took pictures and Awed and I just laughed"

We drove for a while until we arrived at a big house,it was beautiful and big. I mean we had a lot of money but I didn't think we had this much.

"Surprise" Dan said as Phil parked in the driveway,"I have a lot of questions now" I said still in my Seat in shock.

I sat in my room still admiring the house a bit,I called jack and told him how much I miss him,we talked for about 2 hours until Dan called me down for dinner.

I walked downstairs and saw even more of the house, which was beautiful,"papa,how did you and dad get enough mony for the house" I said sitting down.

"Well you know how your dad got a job" I nodded "well the reason we had to move was because of the job and because there wasn't anymore schools close bye,and your dad gets paid a lot"

Now everything makes sense,"and after dinner there's another feature we have to show you" Dan said taking a bite of pizza.

We all got finished eating and followed  Dan through the house. He stopped by the big glass door,"are you ready" he said ready to open the door.

We all nodded,"TADA" he said opening the door to reveal this

"hold this real quick" Skylnn said handing Dan her phone,I knew what she was going to do,but I didn't stop her....I joined her.

"Papa can you hold my phone to" I said handing him my phone,I took my socks and shoes off and Skylnn did the same.

"Oh my god,Phil" Dan said face palming, we both counted down from 3 and jumped in. The water was warm but not to cold.

"Cmon guys,jump in" I said holding onto the side of the pool,"we will,but first were going to the mall,so go dry off about some new clothes on". Dan said giving us both a towel.

I went up to my room,dried myself off and put dry clothes on.

"Ok here's 50$ go have fun" Dan said handing me the money,I went with Skylnn into Hot topic,"I'm so emo I got to hot topic" I said making my hair cover my face!we both laughed and continued walking.

We bought a few things in hot topic and then went to Claire's just for a joke. When we got in there I saw some knee socks that I wanted and ended up buying them.

Next we went to the candy store,and that's where most of our money was spent. We bought a bunch of gummy candy for some reason but tbh I love gummy candy.

We got finished and went to the swim shop to buy swim suits,I bought a multi colored bikini,I bought a lot of different bikinis but this was my favorite.

"STOP SPLASHING ME YOU DORK" I laughed covering my face from being splashed by Dan,"what did you just call me" he said slowly swimming towards me.

"d-di-d I fucking st-st-stutter" I said splashing him. He then went underwater,I got curious and looked around but got interrupted by Dan lifting me up on his shoulders.

"DAD YOUR GONNA DROP ME" I said wobbling and grabbing onto his head,"calm down I'm not gonna drop you" he said holding onto my legs.

We had a chicken fight and swam for a few more hours until it got late. We went inside and got dried off and settled in the theater room to watch some movies.

We watched moana and flushed, we finished our pizza and ate candy while watching the movies,I cuddled up to Dan just like I used to cuddle next to Jack.

"Dan" I whispered to him,"yeah" he said looking down at me,"I miss Jack" I said looking down,"I know you do,but you have to move on"

And here come the tears

"But I don't wanna move on,I want him back" I said crying into Dan's neck,"shhhh,its ok,we might take a vacation back to england in the summer".

I lifted my head,"really","yes really,and then you can see Jack again" "promise","promise" he said hugging me,I hugged him back.

The movies were over and we all went our separate ways,"dad,can I sleep with you tonight" I said twiddling my fingers.

"Of course,come here" he said sitting up,I sat on the bed next to him,"tomorrow Connor's gonna show us around" he said/whispered twirling my hair.

"Can you sing to me" I said looking up at him,"are you sure you want me to sing to you" he laughed,"yeah,I like when you sing,it helps me sleep better".

He started singing can't help falling in love and within minutes I fell asleep
