Phil's P.O.V.

"I'm coming mom" are the words I barley heard coming out of the door,i twisted the door knob to realize she didn't lock the door,"NO" I screamed as I saw her lifeless body on the floor.

I plopped on the ground an pulled her into my arms,"SKYLNN CALL AN AMBULANE" I managed to yell in between tears,"they're on their way papa" Skylnn said peeping around the door,"is she gonna be ok" she said a bit scared.

"she'll be ok honey- just...go sit down" I said trying to control my tears."p-phil", I turned around to see Dan standing there looking like he was going to cry,"THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT" I yelled looking at him with anger,"l-let me explain","I DONT WANNA HEAR IT,PACK YOUR SHIT AND LEAVE",he looked at me and opened his mouth ready to talk,instead he walked away.

I looked back down a Skylar's lifeless body,"you'll be ok baby,just hang in there,they're coming" I whispered to her petting her hair.

~small time skip~

the ambulance rushed in and put her on a stretcher,i got up and followed them outside where they put her in the back of the ambulance,"would you like to ride along sir"the man in front of me said,"um-yes,one second"

I ran inside and got Skylnn and put my shoes on.

~ANOTHER TIME SKIP BECAUSE IM LAZY~

I sat in the uncomfortable chair waiting for the doctor to tell me if Skylar would make it,"papa,where's dad" Skylnn said lifting her head off of my lap. I sighed and pulled her to my chest "Dan left,and,he's not coming back"  I said trying to sound kind of stern,"but why,is he ok-"."HE'S NOT COMING BACK AND THATS FINAL OK" I yelled forgetting we were in a hospital.

she backed away a bit scared,"I'm sorry-its just,Dan isn't coming back because he's the reason were here" I said trying to sound as forgiving as possible.

"Mr.Lester" a male voice said. I looked up and saw a doctor in front of me,"please tell me she's gonna make it,please" I pleaded as the doctor flipped through his clipboard,'she's fine,she's just in a small coma". right when those words slipped out of his mouth my heart skipped a beat,"wh-when is she gonna wake up" I said standing up.

"well that's the part we don't know,but all we know is that she's a lucky girl,she might have lost a lot of blood but somehow she managed to stay alive", I nodded"so can we see her" I asked looking him in the eye."go ahead,but just to warn you she's hooked up to a lot of machines so be careful".

I nodded and grabbed Skylnns hand.

I opened the door to see her hooked up to wires and tubes an breathing machines,"please wake up", I looked over to see Skylnn holding Skylar's face talking to her,"honey,its gonna b a while".

I walked over to her and grabbed her hand,"I hope you can hear me,we miss you,and we hope you wake up soon so I can hug you and never let go".

"Good news" the doctor said walking in looking at his clipboard,"she should be awake tomorrow",i sighed in relief,"if she wakes up tomorrow we'll run some more test and then you can take her home Wednesday, k", I nodded in response.

~a few days later~

Skylnn's P.O.V.

Phil was outside talking to the doctor, I was sitting next to Skylar holding her hand,"I hope you can hear me,its not gonna be fun without you or dad home,and dance class is getting harder, even hough we've only been there for a couple days,Mrs.Chelsea still pressures us".

"is dad ok", i almost jumped out of my seat when I heard those words,"Skylar?", "I wanna know if dad is ok", I let go of her hand,"I'll be back in a minute".

I got out of my chair and walked outside to see Phil talking with the doctor,"go sit back down Skylnn" he said as he saw me,"Skylar's awake!",he looked at me confused "honey,stop being silly and go sit down","but papa she really is,she was just talking to me".

He sighed and started walking,"you better not be lying to me",we walked back in the room to see Skylar slowly adjusting her eyes,Phil ran over to her side,"thank god your awake".

Skylar's P.O.V.

"thank god your awake" Phil said running over to me,I looked around the room and noticed Dan still wasn't anywhere to be seen. I know I shouldn't want Dan here after what happened a few days ago,but I can't stay mad at my dad!

"Where's dad" I said for the fourth time since I've been awake,"Dan isn't coming back" he said looking down,"why",I said looking at him with a confused face,"Skylar,I'm gonna need you not to talk,I don't want you to strain your voice
