Chapter 5: Interview.

Amelia's POV-

I woke up with the beeping sound of my alarm. I clicked the snooze button, got up and went in to the washroom.

After a relaxing shower I came out, then I changed my clothes. I went to my window and Drew off the curtains and let the sunshine peep inside, then I opened the windows.

Fresh breeze touched my face, as I closed my eyes to smell the fragrance of fresh flowers, specifically those red roses on the roadside which attracted me. I was feeling really fresh now.

"Everything will be ok, You'll get this job" I said to myself watching the view of the New York City from my window.

Everyone looked busy.....Couples roaming on the busy streets of the city, people doing their work, huge buildings...And my heart skipped one beat when I saw the tallest Building at a little distance it was "THE TOMLINSON ENTERPRISES PVT LTD".

Then, suddenly I remembered I had to go for the interview and immediately turned to look at the wall clock....It was already seven!!.

I ran in a hurry to get ready. After I was done I had a final look at myself. My suit, my brownish-golden curly hair tied in a ponytail, my black pumps from which a little portion of my pale skin was visible.

I took my display book and left my room, I went downstairs and mom was already there cooking breakfast. I hugged her and then was going to leave when she said "Aren't you going to have your breakfast?"...I looked at her and said "No mom! I'll have something on the way" I lied because I didn't had the time and she will be worried if without having breakfast I'll leave for the office.

"Ok bye sweetie" mom hugged me as I went out and I smiled at her....I was going when I heard mom a kinda yell " Amelia!" I turned back and said "Yep?" Mom smiled and said " Remember, mommy loves you a lot, come back soon!"...My mom was so sweet "Love you too Mom" I told her and went away.

Erick's POV-

I was fixing my tie, when Rob called me. I picked up the call and answered "Yes Rob?"...He said in his usual tone "Actually, sir I called you to rem.." he was speaking when I cut him off and said " To remind me that today I have to take the interview, for the new employee right?"..."Absolutely right" he said and I hung up.

I went downstairs had my breakfast and left for my office. When, I was there I parked the car in the parking lot and made my way straight inside my office.

When I went inside, the receptionist greeted me with a smile. I smiled back, then I went inside the elevator....The doors were going to shut when I heard someone yelling at me "Stop!!!! Wait for me please!!". I just put my hand between the doors of the elevator to prevent them for shutting. The lady hurried into the elevator...And said "Thankyou so much!" I smiled and was going to say you're most welcome when....Wait, these brownish-golden hair with perfect curls, pinkish-red lips, emarald eyes...I've seen her somewhere."Umm...Have we met before?" I asked the lady who was just trying to control her fast breathing "Maybe...Even I think we've met somewhere" she answered in a really sweet voice.

Oh! dang it!! She was the one I met yesterday!!The one who spilled her coffee on my suit!

But I decided to stay quiet, and said "You're most welcome".The doors of the elevator opened after a while and I went straight to my cabin where as she went to the reception.Hmmm....Maybe she's here for interview.

I was in my cabin checking different resumes again and again,When dad called me....I answered it "Yes dad?!", Dad was a person with a fun loving nature but right now his voice was sounding really tensed he said "Erick come here right now! I want to talk to you".I said "k...Coming!".
